A visit to the Kosino baths took place in November 2019. The prices here are closer to European ones, unlike the Beregov baths: 3 hours + locker rental = 20 USD (in Beregova's Zhayvoronka 2 hours + locker rental = 7 USD). But the scope is also amazing - saunas, for example, have an excellent variety (there are 11 of them - eucalyptus, grass, ice cave, hammam, Hungarian, Roman, Finnish, salt fox hole, etc.). The very name of the sauna complex - Royal - indicates the choice) Another advantage of this place is the magnificent aroma in all corners of the Thermal complex, a kind of aromatherapy) Perfectly decorates the pools and colored lighting at night. But the pitfall was still found - we were very upset that the large pool was not working, while this fact did not affect the ticket price in any way. In such cases, a small discount will be comforting. It would be interesting to see this place in summer too
4 adults and 1 small child lived in their most "luxurious" two-storey room for 10 days, there is something to tell.
And so, what I would like to state is that the pools themselves and so on are quite interesting, compactly located and they are cleaned quite often. There is a small zoo, the opportunity to climb trees and other entertainment. That's where all the advantages ended.
Of the cons:
- our "luxury" room was located directly above the pumping station, so we had a constant BUZZ day and night!!! In a room for $ 300 per night!!!
- cleaning is carried out chaotically, at a time when it is convenient for the cleaners, and I clean, to put it mildly, "weakly", I came, like I vacuumed, waved a rag, took away the garbage and, like, cleaned, the toilet and shower for a week no one even touched, while we ourselves were on this was not specified... And I'm not talking about a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling at all;
- in a "luxury" room in general, there is absolutely no sound insulation, you lie to yourself and always know that someone is passing by your room, someone is walking by, how the neighbors are laughing or their phone is ringing, etc.;
- there are two refrigerators in the room, one for wine, which costs 2-3 times it is more expensive, and the second type of minibar with the same pricing policy, but it is forbidden to use these refrigerators for personal purposes, and if it were possible, then nothing will fit there anyway;
- the room has a wardrobe with a safe (which is a big plus, since even a mentally disabled person will figure out how to use it) and an ironing board, which is not normally fixed and from which side you do not press it, it tends there) and ATTENTION there is no iron here, you need to ask for it at the reception, the first time we they gave it without problems, and the second one with a large refund... and another cherry of the wardrobe, this is one outlet on the opposite side of the ironing board, so iron yourself a T-shirt, in this place it's a wonderful quest;
- there is also a super smart TV in the room, which turns on for 3-4 minutes and in addition to their 40 channels, half of which are foreign, you can not watch anything, since it is not connected to the Internet;
- kitchen... well, let's say not everything is so bad, unlimited, but the dishes do not actually change. In the evenings, the "chef" comes who really likes to undercook steaks and vegetables, so be careful;
- pools: ordinary pools stink strongly of chlorine, but they are quite clean, unlike thermal pools, you can see particles floating in them like some kind of moss, and the largest thermal pool really stinks quite a lot;
- cleaning pools is one name, they are half lowered, some chemicals are poured into the drains and part of the walls that are not in the water are washed with a cheap high-pressure sink, but the bottom remains and every time you dive into the water you feel like you are walking on grass. Kneipp's baths (a shallow pool with pebbles on which you have to walk) have not been cleaned for 10 days, despite the fact that he has queues lining up right now;
- by the way, about queues, this is generally a separate issue, if you are a resident of the hotel and as for me you pay quite a lot of money, this does not mean at all that you have any privileges, since visitors are allowed here unlimited and on weekends you can imagine what is happening here, one Saturday and Sunday we did not even find where you can lie down to sunbathe, but you didn't even want to climb into the pool, people are like on the subway during rush hour, so I had to go on excursions to the nearest cities;
- also about food, we ate only what we were fed here and the child was poisoned on day 6, most likely with fish, since his wife also ate it and did not feel well afterwards, and the nearest pharmacy turned out to be only 20 km away in Beregovo. The local doctor guesses by aura, came, looked, without any questions and says that it is something viral, despite the abdominal pain... in short, hug and cry. Fortunately, the saleswoman at the pharmacy came across completely adequate and advised everything that was needed;
- saunas are really cool, but again it's an unlimited miracle... visitors (usually with screaming children) stupidly fly into them like flies on ..., but they do not sit for the prescribed time, but sat for 30 seconds and leave while keeping the doors open as long as they sat.
