I am a regular customer, the last order was for 130 rubles, Six books. One book came with a crumpled cover and the pages were asked to be replaced, but they REFUSED, and I asked for a new one, but they refused!
They only gave me a 5 % discount on my next purchase , despite the fact that Pen has a 7 % discount - 😂 the absurdity of the situation
Wentz ordered the next book on ozone for 22.75 rubles, in OZ it is about 45 rubles
Draw conclusions‼️

We did not buy cheap cookies, OZ slipped a slip ((((. The box was sealed with ordinary tape, there were few cookies inside, i.e. they obviously took a cookie from each department. The cookies in the box were broken. I don't understand how you can treat regular customers like this?! Someone tried cookies for almost 27 rubles, and then they were taped up. Thanks! I'm shocked, I didn't expect anything from the OZ store at all(

One day I came to buy school supplies, bought everything and put it in a bag, but I forgot the compass at the checkout, half an hour later I came, I thought that everything was already lost, but the kind and honest staff saved it and gave it to me. Plus, the store has a very large assortment. 5 stars - definitely!!!

The prices in the window do not correspond to those in reality. I bought a notebook, the price was 18.76, they punched it at the checkout and said it cost 22p

A good store with a large selection of books (both fiction and textbooks). There are also board games, cute souvenirs, cosmetics, sweets and more in the assortment. The choice of all this is wider in the application, plus you can order it in a convenient store and pick it up within five days. There is a discount program: the discount percentage depends on the number of items purchased in the last 12 months, while small things are also counted. The maximum percentage is 12, but for some categories less.
The only drawback: some books on other sites can be ordered 1.5-2 times cheaper, so it's better to check before buying or wait for the sale, if not urgently :)
