Today I went to the store to buy nachos Delicados chips, as I do about once a month (it just so happens that these chips are only available in the oz store chain). The price was pleasantly surprised - they became cheaper by one and a half rubles. And Cola Zero has fallen in price from 2.6 to 2 rubles. I took two packs of chips, a bottle of Coke and went to the cashier. In general, there are several cash registers in the store, and one or two always work, although there are always 5 people in the store. One cash register did not work, a man stood near the second and looked at something, and 3 people stood on the third and there was a cashier. That's where I got up. When the queue reached me, the cashier said that he would not serve me, because I got in out of line and asked to get in line, just at the cashier's desk, where initially there was neither a cashier nor a queue. Like, I got in a queue of three people at the checkout where there is a cashier, and this is wrong, because I have to get up in the absence of a queue of one person and a cashier, what would be right? This is nonsense and nonsense! Apparently, your sellers feel the power, because he was categorical. I explained to him that with his bickering he was wasting not only our time, but also the time of people in the next, as it turned out, general queue, to which I was again asked to stand in the "general" queue, which at that time already numbered 6-7 people. I didn't have time to explain anything to an inadequate person or ask the manager to come up and solve the issue, because it takes about 15 seconds to punch a couple of packs of chips and a bottle of Cola (if you have intelligence and skills, of course). I did not resist, although I really like to solve conflict situations, especially when I am right! It's just that my wife was waiting for me with a baby in a stroller, and spending time with my family is much more pleasant than buying something in a store where employees are not even taught to distinguish between business and personal impulses / urges to show their importance! My foot will no longer be in the oz store chain, and I will continue to buy the necessary goods in the form of books not from you, but in other stores where nonsense is kicked out by the ss... with a rag. A normal store. My wife orders through the app, I pick it up after work. When there are holidays, of course there are a lot of people there. But the queue, as a rule, resolves quickly.
It's a great store. You can buy books, postcards or something else, for yourself or as a gift to friends. The service is decent and fast.

It has become a completely inadequate place. I came to pick up the order, so the brainless young sellers absolutely did not figure it out and one "gifted" called security, and then she apologized herself and the policeman who took us to the department.
A good bookstore, there are not only books, but also comics and all sorts of little things, plus a convenient application through which you can order everything you want to the store and come pick it up
When the buyer visits the website or the application, he sees the price of the product with a discount, while immediately having information where to find the product in stock. Upon entering the store, the buyer discovers that there is no discount on the product and the product in the store is sold at full price. In response, the seller says that the store and the website / application are different platforms with their own prices.
In this case, why is the real price not indicated on the website or in the application next to the information "available in ...", provided that the purchase is made in the store?!
Why do I, as a customer, go to the other side of the city to purchase a product with a big discount, and find out that the product is in the store at full price?!
What right do you have to misinform customers?
The seller's argument: "Have you read the user agreement?" is not an argument!
Do you think at least one of your customers reads the user agreement before buying a product from you?
Either describe two situations and two prices, or let's buy the product at a discount, and not wait a day after ordering in the application so that the same product is put in my package.
Take an example from other well-known retail chains, which immediately have the following: online price, in-store price.
Please write me instructions on where I should find information that the site/application and the store are different sites with different prices. Thanks!

Oz itself is a great bookstore with all sorts of cool stuff. The advantages of this particular Lake:
✓ Friendly staff who will show and tell you everything if necessary
✓ convenient location of goods in several departments
✓ located near the Heater, just get off the subway - and here it is
✓ very beautiful and lamp design of the store
I've highlighted only one minus all the time: guards and consultants are closely watching you in the Lake so that you don't steal anything, and it's annoying

I really like this store! Friendly staff, with whom you can consult in choosing a book, besides, I really like that you can leave an order on the website and wait until it is delivered, and payment is made upon receipt of the goods. Once I urgently needed a gift for a person, I ran into OZ and bought a thermos, a book and a cute chocolate bar in fifteen minutes! The only thing that can be reduced is a very poor selection of educational literature (it's really bad with this, you have to go to an academic book) and inflated prices for some books, you can find books much cheaper, twice or even three times.
My favorite store is books, cosmetics, appliances, and everything else! it is very convenient that you can order something from a huge selection of goods and pick it up tomorrow!
Everything is not cheap (I ordered delivery - they changed the date, then they carried it forward, then they abruptly notified that the order had arrived and I had 3 days to pick it up, just when I did not count on finances... In short, the impression is not very good.
