The main advantage is a reasonable price, by London standards (12 nights cost a little more than 460 pounds - less than forty kopecks per night). Another plus is the friendly and helpful staff. There is a kitchen/dining room where you can prepare food and eat it there.
The rooms are small in size, and in general the whole hotel is "narrow in the hips" - probably the specifics of the metropolis, where every square foot costs money.
Location - well... yes, it's not far from the center, but it has to do with the price. Here it is necessary to choose: close and expensive, or far away and cheaper. The metro station (Acton Central, zone 3) is about a 15-minute walk away. It can take less than 10 minutes, but to another station, from which trains run every half hour. If you walk lazily, you can take the bus. But grocery stores are nearby.
