Now I'm sitting for the third day, waiting for the master and calling those.support and so far nothing has changed. In my opinion, it was easier to change the operator than to wait for actions from OVIO specialists.
The support service is very bad, it's 23.30 now. I've called 8 times in 2 hours, the operators are always busy. I know from past experience that the callback service will be done in a day, so I'm not ordering.
