So far 1. On Tuesday, the Internet was connected (it worked, however, for some reason only after 2 hours) - on Friday there was already some kind of cable break on my side (where in less than 4 days it managed to break - so far a mystery). I called support and was told that the master would arrive tomorrow (i.e. on Saturday, which surprised me at first, because according to other reviews, it was believed that no provider works at all on weekends). OK, I've been waiting all Saturday. At 16:00 I call support again, they say, whether to wait for the master today, whether the application is in progress, etc. They again assured that the master will arrive. And as in that meme with Kanevsky - of course, no one came on Saturday. So far, out of the first 6 days of using Ovio, I have been sitting without the Internet for 1.5 days. It's a very strange service, as if I pay them to distribute the Internet to myself from my phone
The problem with the cable is the third time in a month. The cable breaks every time. Maybe you can buy a high-quality cable yourself?)
And what is most interesting is that the masters do not come on the day of the problem. As if it was my fault that something broke. Your client, who pays for your services, has a problem that the WI-FI does not work, and you do not even try to fix it at the same time, because for some reason 18:00 is already late time to solve the problem. To whom, but it's definitely not for you to end your working day so early with so many problems, judging by the reviews of your customers!)
Terrible service, once a month some problems with cables, literally 2 days ago specialists came supposedly to fix another cable, 1 was repaired, 2 were damaged in the house, in technical support, they announced that they would accept the application but since it is already Friday evening, you will have to wait until Monday, most often they answer the problem at your house, it's a horror, I used Rostelecom's services in Russia, the service is at the level and fast, but here it's like they stayed in the Stone Age.
