I accidentally ordered the wrong amount of RAM (I needed 32 GB, I was confused by the inscription at the end of 2-16 - I thought that these were two 16GB dies.
I contacted the store about the refund, they asked for photos, I threw everything off. Naturally, the product was not opened. After 2 weeks, they contact me and inform me that the product has been opened and the dies are bent. The funny thing is that these dies from the factory are curved, such a design and technical solution)) As a result, there has been no product or approved refund for a month. The manager said that the product is expensive and ordinary hard workers will not pay for it. Most likely, the "store" is re-ordering goods somewhere, acting as an intermediary, such as dropshipping.
