If you bring the goods later, try to bypass security in order to avoid a fine for non-compliance with the delivery schedule. And I almost forgot . The entrance to the parking lot is simply amazing (no). This is a paradise for those who like to poke into the sidewalk. Well, why are they surprised ? This is Minsk.

After installing the plastic receiving device, the first floor began to turn into a trash can.
A good idea from the A-100 and the Neighbors turned into a big problem for visitors.
You can't walk down the floor forever, because everything is cluttered with people with huge bags of plastic bottles (if they're not from trash cans, then I do not know where you can collect 100-200 plastic bottles every day).
In total, the following came out of a good and useful idea:
1. Moving around on the ground floor has become problematic;
2. The device is located near the neighbors grocery store and next to the cells. There is a constant smell of braga and it is not clear what else. (After all, you don't have to wash the bottle to take it).
3. If you are an ordinary person who is happy to help nature and also get bonuses for neighbors, do not even try to hand over your 3-5 bottles. The machine is always full and does not work. I've been trying to hand over milk bottles for a week.
I ask the management company to consider any possible solutions to this problem. Including at least moving it to another floor.

The location is quite convenient, transport runs without problems.
Prices were seen much lower than in other places.

I went yesterday (07/23/23) with a girl to the shopping center at 23:57, i.e. during working hours, because the "Neighbors" work until 24:00, the girl really needed to go to the toilet. We were met by a guard (dirty and sloppily dressed), met not very well, we asked to show where the toilet is. To this request, the guard said that the store closes in 2 minutes and he will kick us out, we will not have time, and in general all the toilets are closed, he has already turned off the light, in general, mentally "Napoleon" was already at home.
To the repeated request and attempt to negotiate, the man began to respond not very politely, boorishly and added that even the son of A.G. Lukashenko would not even let him in (this of course smiled). As a result, in his opinion, he does not violate any norms, nor the norms of decency, nor the law, and cleaning the corners of the shopping center is the way out. To my words about the complaint in the complaint book, in Google Maps, on Yandex Maps, he showed disrespect with a grin.
I ask you to disassemble and punish this employee, he disgraces his profession, in my opinion causes reputational damage to this institution and cannot be his representative, hold a conversation with this person and explain his mistakes.
P.S. I wrote a complaint to the book in "Neighbors" (huge thanks to the senior shift on 07/24.23 working at 23:20, this man does honor to his profession), tomorrow I will write to the book of the shopping center and the city executive committee.
