Just a few hours, and I'm happy. For the pathos of expensive stupid hotels. The hotel is located between two beaches - Kata and Karon in 10 minutes on foot. There is also a food and fruit market 30 meters away- ognishche- the choice of food is huge and everything is delicious! I highly recommend 115,000rubles with a round trip flight - 12 nights . Everything is nearby and there is a street with bars and live music. I am delighted with the location of the hotel. Exchangers and shops are all nearby. I went to Caron - everything is gorgeous. Another discovery : Thai green tea with mint and ice is on the market . Only 50 baht is a bomb.

We had a rest from February 14-24, 2025. The location of the hotel is excellent. Kata Yai beach 5-7 minutes walk, Karon 12-15 minutes. All the markets are right there, on the same street as the hotel. 7/11 and the exchangers are all nearby. This is all you need for a comfortable stay. But!!! The hotel itself is very shabby (impossible!). For triple occupancy (3 adults), we were accommodated in a double room. Putting a cot bed with a very thin mattress. When asked to put on another mattress, the owner reacted rather sharply, they refused. They didn't bother to bring a third glass. The linen and towels are all dirty, the curtains have not been washed for centuries. The room has a very noisy and old air conditioner, a kettle. I advise you to request a change of linen and towels in 3 days. They won't do it themselves until the end of your vacation! I was on the 4th day, I was outraged at the reception, they changed it. Soap and shampoo are poured into a third of the bottle. I have to ask for it too. On the balcony there is a clothes dryer, two plastic chairs and a table, an ashtray.These items were never washed at all, as well as the floor. The cleaning is meager, he will wave a broom twice, put some water and that's it. And at the same time he turns off the air conditioner and opens the balcony. You come, and there's a sauna in the room! The breakfasts are ordinary, no one was left hungry. The only thing that pleased us was that we only came there to spend the night. Proximity to beaches, markets, shops is the only advantage of this hotel.

The hotel is really not the newest. But I had everything I needed in my room: air conditioning, refrigerator, TV. Plenty of space for things to spread out during your vacation: closet, shelves, bedside tables, and more.
The balcony is spacious with a table and a clothes dryer. This is a big plus, otherwise, even in a warm room, things in the room don't dry well. There was no such problem here.
Cleaning: daily, but very nominal. The bed was changed. During the 10 days of rest at the hotel, towels were never used.
Be sure to put 2 cups of water in the room every day.
The food is simple and not a very large assortment for breakfast, but vegetables and fruits (watermelon was) rice/noodles in Thai style to choose from. And so on. There was plenty to eat.
The reception staff are great guys. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even when the electricity was cut off in the area for 2 days, the elevator did not work (4 floors), and we had to move out-they said they would help with the luggage without any problems.
As a result, the elevator started working earlier)) But the fact is, they were ready to resolve the issue.👍
The hotel is also located next to the beach, a night market, and various cafes. This is also a plus.
