I'm sure in normal establishments the choice always falls in favor of a punctual customer, but here it turns out the opposite.
I came to the spa program at the appointed time.
It took 5 minutes, the receptionist said that she still had to wait.
When 15 minutes had passed, I didn't want to wait for a massage anymore.
Exactly 20 minutes later, I went out, and at that moment, the master still hadn't come down to pick me up.
There was no apology from the administrator, while I was waiting for tea/coffee, they didn't offer it (which is strange, because the administrator probably knew how long I would have to wait), no discount, etc. was offered either.
The administrator's "excellent" suggestions are to reduce the amount of service (I will immediately give an unsolicited recommendation - this should have been offered to latecomers, this is usually done in normal institutions), sign up for another day…
