Nice LCD. I lived here for half a year. The only 2 cons are:
1. Old elevators.
2. Not the best noise isolation. (When neighbors use the bathroom, you can hear everything)

The same is good, but there are some disadvantages. One of the disadvantages is that the LCD is old, the pipes are narrow, so they often (relative to other LCDs) get clogged. Old elevators that can be a little creepy. It is also very good, large apartments, good view and location.
