08/7/2021 I want to say right away that I am not one of the capricious tourists. Before that, we were in a sufficient number of countries: Egypt, Greece, Cyprus, Thailand and, of course, in Russia: Crimea, Adler, etc. There is something to compare it with.
This is our first time in Turkey, to say that we were advised not to stop this country is just not to say anything!!
So, that fabulous Turkey no longer exists. The pandemic has done its job, but people here have felt their power over tourists and are getting high on their own.
We chose the hotel on the advice of a travel agent, with children (2 and 6 years old), the first line and the availability of swimming pools were important.
First impression: quick check-in, they give us a room with a view of the road, it didn't bother us, just cars making noise, unlike the sea view, there is always very loud music and a noisy restaurant.
The windows in the hotel are poorly insulated.
Food and alcohol are just tin, the attitude of the staff is the same. At such a difficult time, everyone thought that tourists should appreciate the turnover, people spent extra money and time on tests, but here it's the opposite. How can you have the same pasta for dinner in a five-star hotel for 3 days in a row? There are always huge queues, you want to relax so much on vacation, but you always stand in line. Because they artificially make them themselves so that people don't even come up.They specially connect the neighboring four to save on cooking and the queue increases doubly, everyone screams, complains and does not understand when this tin will end.Chicken for lunch and dinner every day, 0 varieties.
To save time, people from families stand in different queues and ask for 2 servings of meat, for example, the staff basically puts one and you have to ask again, and again and again …
The whole hotel carries plates of food to the rooms, all week and normally, someone puts them in bags and is also normal, and today 3 managers shouted at us that it is impossible to take food to the room for a 2.5-year-old child who is ill. They don't just explain, but actually stand and shout that they can't.In general, you feel like trash for your money, they don't care what you say and that the client is always right. For breakfast, there are napkins, for example, and for lunch and dinner you already have to get them yourself. Once I asked the waiter and the manager for water, talked to each other and dispersed, and shouted no, is this a generally respectful attitude? In the morning, coffee from the coffee machine seems to be ordinary, powdered cappuccino, and then they started to cheat again, they just don't fill up one car on the street with milk and that's it, you stand in line, order cappuccino, and get black and they prove that there is milk there 🤦🏼♀️ In the snack bar, everything is the cheapest, nuggets made of flour and rice, onion rings are overcooked, burgers are all made of soy meat with a taste of horror. The animation team is well done, there is a mini-garden and a mini-disco for children, very boring shows for adults.
The alcohol is all ethyl and locally produced, we could only drink beer. I have never drunk such a drink anywhere .
The beach is almost covered in rocks, the child injured his leg decently, just swam along the shore in a mask. If you have the strength, then on the left is a very good Rubi platinum hotel, there is a very clean beach, a real five.
The pools are good and beautiful territory, lizards crawl, on the right you can walk along the Utopia hotel, which is an order of magnitude higher and get to the lizard park, where Turks come to relax with families, fish and the sea is cleaner there, very beautiful crabs crawl.Children are forbidden to play football on the lawn, an employee approaches and disperses everyone, if the child has already grown up and is not interested in a playground and a mini-disco, why it is not clear!Everyone around is trying to deceive, there are shops across the street on the right - there are no prices for anything, we bought wine there on the advice of a guide for $ 15, a very tasty pomegranate esrik , as a result, there is a store downstairs in our hotel, where it costs $ 8 🤦🏼♀️ We went on a boat tour , we wanted to please the child, as a result You just sail for 2 hours to Alanya, walk there for 1.5 hours (again the market and food) and back past the fortress and again just swim for 2 hours, everyone was seasick and everyone just slept, in other countries this kind is 100 times more interesting and spectacular, they bought across the street, they sell shawarma right next to it, it's cheaper there.
In general, now if you want a good rest, you definitely should not visit this hotel, I do not divide people into nationalities, their attitude is important to me, I will definitely not return to the Turks, I am just shocked by their attitude, of course if you give them money every day- they will lick you, but it's better I I will leave a tip for the initially good sincere attitude towards me as a tourist - at the expense of which they live.
