The hotel is purely for Italians. The staff speaks only Italian. It is very difficult to find an English speaker. "All inclusive" is very relative. Of alcohol, only beer (poured into 100 g. plastic cups) and two types of liqueur. The rest is all for money. Free wine only at lunch and dinner. It is far from civilization. There is no public transport there. All travel is by taxi only. There are no excursions. Teztur was barely persuaded to organize an excursion to Bari and Mateira for € 100 per person, whereas for Italians the same excursion cost € 39. Disco every day until one o'clock in the morning. Half of the rooms overlook it. Falling asleep before one o'clock in the morning is very problematic. The only thing I really liked was the food. Varied, delicious, lots of seafood. The staff is very friendly, if only you can find a common language with them))) In general, the hotel is not for Russians.
