I came with friends (2 guys, 1 girl) and they showed us a triple room with three separate beds. But they refused to settle, citing the fact that there is no registry office. They did not receive anything when asked to show the prohibiting document, they only said "we are forbidden." At the same time, last year a republican ban was issued on the requirement to register a marriage upon check-in, but apparently this hotel does not care about the laws. They refused to give the phone number of the hotel manager. The funny thing is that the hotel is almost empty

We are a couple, and they refused to put us in a hotel because we did not have a registered marriage. Blatant drowsiness and wildness, I'm not even talking about the fact that we were left on the street.
Due to such medieval views, the region cannot develop and grow economically normally.
In addition, two men who are dressed in shorts and speak neither Russian nor English will meet you at the reception. When asked to call one of the managers, they will nod their heads and say "I'm a minjr."
The hotel is new, the location is good.

We were not even checked into the hotel due to the lack of a document from the registry office with my girlfriend, my fiancee;)
They do not speak Russian or English - only Uzbek.
They do not allow you to talk to the management, two incompetent people are sitting at the registration.
