Cool hotel
But the condition of the bathroom leaves much to be desired.
Broken watering cans, spouts in sinks without an airator
The Wi-Fi on the upper remote numbers is not working.
It is possible to hold a conference call calmly only in the lobby or on the street near the pool - in other cases, it is useless.
Breakfast is monotonous as part of the daily routine, the sausages are salty and not the most delicious.

A simple hotel for a budget holiday or to spend the night. We rented for one night for 3200 for two with breakfast. The price - quality corresponds.
Of the advantages:
Friendly staff
Delicious breakfasts, clean kitchen and dining room
The sea is across the street, the beach is sandy
Low price
You can take free sun beds on the beach (a little broken, but not critical)
Bus stop nearby
Climb higher and a huge migros
Minuses:
Small and old room (for this price ok)
The beach is dirty
Uncomfortable beds
Bottom line: it's difficult to live there for 7-10 days, but if the budget is small or you only come to spend the night, then the hotel will do. Moreover, the price is low. Everything you need is there, except for chain stores nearby. Of course, you can choose. It will be difficult to live in such a room for more than two people.

An ordinary hotel where everything is practically turned off. The staff scares inexperienced guests that beer can only be bought in their shop, where it is naturally more expensive than 20 meters away in the neighboring one. In general, if you are not shy like a deer, you need the sea, not pathos. You know how to stand up for yourself and you need a flophouse with a minimum set of services, but with the sea right next to you. Then this is your option.

In fact, the distance to the beach is not 150 meters, but much more. The journey time is 7-8 minutes. It is necessary to cross a busy road, but there is an underground passage. Since I was there in the middle of October, and it wasn't hot, it didn't become a problem. The food is not very diverse, but it is quite traditional. Two or three types of sausage, 3-4 types of cheese, a dry breakfast in balls and flakes and a large selection of cooking for them. There's always something hot. So, there was no problem with that. The staff is very friendly. And if you leave a dollar bill on the bed, then the room will not just be cleaned, but they will get out, replacing all the linen.
The only drawback, in my opinion, was the ugly operation of Wi-Fi, which disappeared by 18-00 when I needed to work. For this, minus one star

A very good 3-star hotel, for lovers of a relaxing holiday. About the hotel: it is located in a quiet area, but it is a 5-minute walk to the city center, 2 minutes to the sea. Polite and good staff, clean comfortable rooms, with a nice view. There is a bar where delicious coffee is prepared and a small shop - the prices are pleasant. The pool is also good. The food (we took breakfast and dinner), in 3 stars it is a sin to demand lobsters, so it is good, not super, but tasty and satisfying, there is a cafe nearby.
The hotel has a Turkish bath, I don't understand Turkish baths, I just liked it.

A very inexpensive and clean hotel. The breakfasts are average, but you won't stay hungry. We rented a room for 3 people. We liked everything. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. The hot water was turned off a couple of times, but nevertheless I will not take off the star.

I had a rest in May 2024.The rooms are simple to spend the night in.Cleaning was done on request, and a change of linen also had to be asked.I liked the breakfasts.The sea is two minutes away.....

A very sad hotel. It looks good in the pictures. We were in early April, the hotel was not ready for guests. The rooms are not cleaned, everything is old, broken, destroyed. The cleaning was on request, the breakfasts were terrible and the same every day - boiled egg, a drop of vegetables, instant coffee. One plus is the proximity to the beach. It takes 40 minutes to walk from the city center, but there is a bus stop nearby, you can take a bus. The staff speaks almost no English. The cost was 120 rubles for two people for 7 days, which made it even sadder.
