It is possible to hold a conference call calmly only in the lobby or on the street near the pool - in other cases, it is useless. Breakfast is monotonous as part of the daily routine, the sausages are salty and not the most delicious. Something like this. Moreover, the price is low. Everything you need is there, except for chain stores nearby. Of course, you can choose. It will be difficult to live in such a room for more than two people.

An ordinary hotel where everything is practically turned off. The staff scares inexperienced guests that beer can only be bought in their shop, where it is naturally more expensive than 20 meters away in the neighboring one. In general, if you are not shy like a deer, you need the sea, not pathos. You know how to stand up for yourself and you need a flophouse with a minimum set of services, but with the sea right next to you. Then this is your option.
