The hotel is frankly old. In general, it is clean, more or less decent breakfasts and practically no dinners. The staff is correct, the rooms are cleaned daily. WiFi is available everywhere, there is a Russian TV channel.
Good food, polite reception, small but clean rooms.
There are two disadvantages:
1. Lunchboxes are simply terrible, if possible, it is better not to order food, but to eat in the dining room. They save a lot on the boxes, they may not even put water with them.
2. The bathroom is designed so that water can leak onto the floor and even into the hallway.
In general, the disadvantages are not significant, the overall impression is positive. 4/5 would have been set firmly.
