A fairly good hotel , everything is very nice 500 meters to the sea , we took a room for 3 people , the room and bathroom were very clean, the problem was with the air conditioner , it flowed like a stream that formed a river, but this is tolerable, to give it its due , it worked properly and did not fail , we remind you the heat is 30 + stable . on the first notification of the room manager, they promptly came and cleaned it up the thing about breakfast is there are 2 dishes and 2 drinks to choose from , scrambled eggs - porridge / tea - coffee . Well, I can't help but add that there is a problem with rats. I'll attach the video. By the way, they climb next to the kitchen, I still don't understand, but I assume that they also enter the kitchen.
This madame was filmed just behind the kitchen wall, but still this is India, you need to understand where you are eating. That seems to be it .Have a nice trip!

A great villa with helpful staff and wonderful hosts, as well as an omelet breakfast, porridge, and excellent coffee, all the guys are ready to help at any time of the day or night, speak a little Russian, there is a shake on the beach, where they are very tasty and worried about each guest. This is a family business and the hosts are always there for the guests. We are very grateful to this family and we will definitely return to them!

Very cozy hotel, friendly and responsible staff.Lots of flowers, plants. On the downside, due to the high humidity in the rooms, there is a peculiar smell that will permeate all your clothes, there are no fumigators, mosquitoes, ants, fleas on beach mattresses.... But the ocean and the atmosphere, in two days you will catch zen and you will not regret it very much...
