Excellent hotel, friendly service.
All possible shortcomings were covered by breakfast on the roof with a stunning view. And all the food was incredibly delicious.
There are slippers, soap, shampoo, tea, coffee, and water in the room. We cleaned every day.
Our room was on the ground floor, the window was right by the sidewalk, everyone was passing by the window. And before the eviction, they noticed a trail of ants running from under the table. I don't think there's anything like that on the floors above. Overall, we are very satisfied!!!

Nice hotel, 15-20 minutes walking distance to the center, clean room, has everything you need. Breakfast on the roof with a panoramic view of the city. If you walk, then it's uphill to the hotel.

Great hotel.
Delicious and varied breakfasts with fruits and cheese, which also take place with a beautiful view of the city. The staff is polite and helpful. Communication in Russian.
The room is cleaned every day, water is brought and towels are changed.
Of the cons:
- climbing the hill is a bit difficult after walking.
But when taking into account a cheap taxi by Russian standards (GEL 5 within the city center), you can not think about this.

I really liked the hotel. After all, the atmosphere is often made by people, and flaws can be found anywhere if you set a goal.

The room was very clean, the linen was fresh, everything was working.
The breakfasts are very varied - a buffet. There are desserts.suitable for every taste and smell. The view from the restaurant is panoramic of the mountains and the city.
Cleaning is daily, there is always water and hygiene supplies in the room.
The staff is friendly and friendly. They answer questions in detail and help you navigate the city.
Special thanks for the late lunch on the road, it was very pleasant!

Excellent hotel, conveniently located 5 minutes from Rustaveli metro station. Delicious breakfasts and a beautiful panorama of the city from the window of the room and restaurant. The 24-hour reception is very convenient, at first they put me in a large room on the 1st floor, but I like the silence, so I asked to change to a higher floor, but there is a smaller room. I liked everything very much.

Therefore, the next time we go to Tbilisi, we will NEVER choose this hotel. A big minus for the hotel, they did not even agree to refund at least 50% of the transferred payment.
