A wonderful, small, cozy hotel. Clean, beautifully maintained. Delicious, varied breakfasts. Lunch and dinner can be ordered. Very friendly, friendly staff. They will always answer any questions. Special thanks to the receptionist-bartender Svetlana! She is open, intelligent, very pleasant and interesting in communication! Glad to meet you!
The hotel is next to the sea, as well as a large, beautiful, well-maintained park.
There are disadvantages everywhere, and it's up to us what to look for. Overall, I liked it, I am a person who sees beauty in what surrounds me and in people. I'm not looking for flaws. Abkhazia is beautiful in early January! Silence, tranquility, tangerines, sea, sun, palm trees, bright colors, what you need for living in the gray of winter!
We had a rest in April 2025. The room is clean, cozy, and has a gorgeous view of both the sea and the mountains (sunset photo from the room). We lived on the 6th floor, constantly used the elevator- no complaints. The pool is warm, and it's perfect in the cooler season. Cleaning was carried out daily. Breakfast was included: buffet. A very diverse selection of dishes: lots of greens, pancakes, fritters, cheesecakes, porridges, omelets, second courses, desserts and much more. Everything is delicious. The staff is friendly, sociable, they will show and tell you everything. The hotel has a price list with guided tours, prices are not too high, pick up and drop off from the hotel. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the sea at a leisurely pace.
A wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, clean, modern, heated swimming pool, cleaned and washed every day, near the park, the sea is about five minutes away, the beach is small, the bus station is across the street. It's a long walk to the city center and the market, and minibuses run. The rooms are bright, the bed is soft, soap accessories are replenished every day. Hot water in the shower around the clock, a kettle is provided in the room. Nearby cafe "Teahouse", delicious and inexpensive. We had a good rest, thank you, Sunrise garden.
