I really liked the hotel. everything is nearby , the staff is wonderful. The room is great. daily cleaning service . safe, mini fridge , kettle , tea, coffee , sugar , everything for the shower, hairdryer, slippers. everything is as it should be . although, we had an economy room. and a lovely terrace . comfortable bed (mattress ) not sagging, and without stains. and the same underwear . We got caught in the rain , and an umbrella was offered at the reception . everyone is very attentive and friendly. Thank you very much , we will come again 🌸

The staff is good and the location is good, that's it!The room is tiny, the hair dryer did not work, cockroaches are terrible in the room!!!Breakfasts were included in the price, but we took them once, cold sausages and scrambled eggs and in general a full plate of something incomprehensible and everything cold, after that we went to a cafe not fake from the hotel.

Great hotel. Some rooms are quite small. But it is very pleasant to sit on the terrace in the evenings. Cleaning every day. The location is excellent. Nearby Sultanahmet, Hagia Sophia. There are many different cafes.

Great hotel. Simple, but beautiful and very cozy.
Wonderful administrators (almost all speak Russian) help and prompt in everything.
A couple of times it happened that the maid forgot to give toilet paper 😅
But the issue was resolved quickly))
An incredibly cozy rooftop veranda with a beautiful view of the city and the embankment.
The transport accessibility is great. The tram is a 5-minute walk away, it has two metro stations, shops and cafes nearby. (the closer to the sights, the more expensive the cafes are)
5 minutes to the Blue Mosque and St. Sophia Cathedral.
7 min walk to the Grand Bazaar.

The interior of the rooms is very cheap, dirty and shabby, there are not even hangers for outerwear. The rooms are not cleaned at all, the plumbing and toilet were all in a raid. The floors creak, the windows are dirty, towels and bed linen smell clean, but there are unwashed stains.
The walls are still very thin and you can even hear the neighbors whispering, I'm generally silent about the noise from the street. The minaret of the neighboring mosque overlooks the windows of the hotel. It is impossible to sleep all night, at first the city is noisy, and when the city falls asleep, prayers begin at 3-4 in the morning.
The advantages include a good location and a view from the top floor.
For such a state of the hotel, the reviews on Booking are too high.

Of the advantages: location, reception, warmth, windows are well sealed.
Cons: very poor room cleaning (it just doesn't exist).
The floor was dirty, and clouds of dust were rushing across it like a stop-field.
There is someone else's hair everywhere in the bathroom, the faucet does not work, the shower is broken.
And on the second day, for some reason, they took the pillowcase off our pillow and left it there.
Handles were torn off from 7 drawers on 4.
The rooms for three are very small, they do not match the photos from the website and the booking.

Nice hotel. A small, cozy, fresh renovation. Ideal location, in the center of the old town. The main attractions are within walking distance: Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Suleymane Mosque, Topkapi Palace, etc. The rest are easily accessible by tram, which is 5 minutes from the hotel. Cleaning and change of towels daily. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Ali speaks excellent Russian. There is a terrace on the 6th floor. They deceive people. On September 30, we booked a room for the New Year holidays. There are all letters confirming that the hotel accepted the card, checked it and no prepayment was required. Now, after almost 2 months, when the price of the room has increased by 2 times, the hotel has canceled our reservation and offers to re-book at an inflated price. Explaining that the card was not valid, we entered the details of another card, but the hotel unsubscribed that it was allegedly not valid. This is a scam on their part.

They promised breakfasts on the roof, but they have not yet been opened, either because of the pandemic, or they have not yet been completed, because the exit above the 7th floor is boarded up. There is no elevator, there is also a kettle in the room, it is not convenient to go down to the first floor for a water cooler. The rooms are very small, there are no two people in the passage between the bed and the wall. When they moved out ahead of time, the money was not returned, they ordered through airbnb.
