It's fine if your windows don't face the parking lot. It's called a city view.
In the room, my stay required repair of the floor (rotten), the lock in the door to the loggia did not work.
An old hotel, it's clearly not 4 stars. The room smelled damp, the doors, walls and some furniture were in a tired state. The only advantage is the first line and its own territory.
We have been vacationing there for more than 10 years. The hotel is small, very cozy, with a swimming pool, on the first line. The staff is very friendly. The town of Sitges itself is very pretty, with a magnificent promenade, 35 minutes from the center of Barcelona by train.
