Everything would be fine: the view from the room is wonderful, the reception staff is competent, but the garbage from the room from previous guests was not taken out and the shower was not cleaned.
Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, thank you so much for your hospitality during this difficult time. Tallinn is an amazing city. The view from the room is incomparable.
A good hotel for a short stay and not a large company. The rooms in the hotel are all designed for no more than 3 people. The breakfasts in Viru are standard, tea / coffee with the appropriate attributes, there are no pancakes, if anyone with children immediately navigate. The location of the hotel is excellent, the old town is nearby, there is a shopping center downstairs. Parking is paid. We had room 308, in my opinion a good view of the old town, everything in the room is there, the closet is too small, but for 4-5 days there are usually few things, so we fit. The friends were a family with two teenage children, a superior room, very small, cramped.
A very nice hotel in a good location. The Old Town is across the street. The port is a few minutes' walk away.
We got a room on the 20th floor with a magnificent panoramic view of the Old Town and the port, as well as the sea!!!
The only drawback was that it was difficult to find an empty seat during breakfast. My husband and I stayed in Viru during the Christmas holidays, so there were a lot of guests at the hotel. Conclusion: it is better to travel to Estonia outside of our holidays and vacations))
In terms of price-quality ratio, it is not an attractive option. For this money, you can live in a five-room apartment with a swimming pool and champagne for breakfast :(the design of the rooms is aimed at those who want to immerse themselves in the times of the 70s-80s. There is no drinking water, kettle, dishes, iron, slippers, bathrobes, hair balm in a normal amount in the room :(((( otherwise, the usual four, near the old town and the port (ferries to Scandinavia several times a day, 2 hours on the way).
Great hotel. Nice modern rooms. The Old Town is close across the street. Clear. The breakfast is excellent. From the hotel, without leaving the street, you can get to a large shopping center. The port is nearby. The view from the window is great.
No special bells and whistles, but the rooms are cozy. Clean, the service is excellent. The breakfasts are decent.
The view from the window of the Gulf of Finland is fascinating. The original solution is that seats are arranged on the window sills. You sit and look at an amazing picture.
He lived in room 1810
Super hotel
Everything for the guests is created for relaxation.
The rooms are designed at the highest level. Guests are offered bathrobes, slippers, free tea and coffee, shower gel and three sets of towels, napkins for shoes. Separately, I would like to say about the bed. It's a miracle- you sleep like in a cloud. Lots of pillows and comfortable wall sconces.
Very close to the Town Hall Square, comfortable room, friendly staff. One disadvantage is the heavy workload of the restaurant. It's hard to find a free table after 9.
Very convenient location in relation to the Old Town. The rooms are well cleaned, but there are not big disadvantages. In general, the level of the hotel corresponds to the stated one.

I travel a lot and I'm not very picky, but this is the worst place in my life. We paid 258 euros for two nights. It's not very cheap, but I wanted to live in a nice hotel in the city center. It's 4 stars. Now in order: the room is very dusty. And we had a family room for families with children. Dust is everywhere. It's impossible to breathe. There is a kettle in the room, but no tea or coffee. Apparently, we should drink boiled water. Conditioner, shampoo and soap in one bottle. 2 tubes for three people. The room is small, the fridge is tiny and full of their drinks. Of the advantages, quite a decent breakfast, location and view if you're lucky. But it's 4 stars!!! Most importantly, the windows in the room do not open. You have to ask the staff every time. A very strong smell, as if someone had died. As a result, after numerous complaints, we were moved into the business with the words that yes, there has been a strange smell in the hotel lately. I.e. they know about it and do nothing!!!! Business is one name. It is also small, but there is tea and coffee. The hotel has a maximum of 2 stars. I don't recommend it to anyone. It is better to stay in a hostel, it is cleaner there. I was shocked by the 4 star hotel in Europe.
Great hotel. The breakfasts are just great. The disadvantage is that the windows do not open and it is impossible to ventilate the room. But otherwise I liked everything. Friendly staff.

Great view from the room, friendly staff, great location
The disadvantages are chaos at breakfast and a poor choice. The toilet seat was broken in the room.
we had a room with a sauna, large and warm, but the windows do not open, there is no fresh air, the smell of air conditioners is not clear, breakfast is plentiful, there is everything that we would eat for dinner))
The view is beautiful, we were on the 16th floor, the room is warm, only the floor is without carpet.
There were only 4 towels per person, we heard the last name incorrectly and stubbornly claimed that we remembered our reservation incorrectly.
