We had a rest with my husband at the end of July and were very satisfied. They were very cordially and hospitably received, quickly placed in the room, explained everything, showed, helped to bring things, very good staff. The room is good, everything you need for a comfortable stay is there - good furniture, bed, mattress, refrigerator, air conditioning, plasma TV, kettle, dishes to drink tea or coffee, a private bathroom in the room, everything is clean. We especially want to mention the administrator Arthur, very respectful, friendly, will always come to the rescue if something is needed, the waitress Angelica, in the dining room she always has order, cleanliness, everything is in its place, there is always enough for everyone, the cook Zuhra, she has very tasty food, homemade especially delicious soups and meat dishes. We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for a long time, and this vacation will never be forgotten!
And we had a rest during September 2024. Like Abkhazia itself, I really liked this hotel!
Everything was delicious in the dining room, the pool was clean, and the most important thing was the rooms.

We had a vacation with my husband and children in late June and early July. By the standards of Abkhazia, the hotel is very good. Among the advantages - very friendly and responsive staff (any requests were fulfilled instantly), new rooms, excellent cleaning (wet cleaning every day, change of linen and towels every 3 days), there have never been interruptions with water and electricity (as often happens in Abkhazia), a quiet cozy place with a well-groomed territory, beautiful, and most importantly, the cleanest pool, excellent three meals a day (always varied, everything is fresh, lots of meat), 5-7 minutes to the sea, within walking distance of shops with very affordable prices. Among the disadvantages - there are no mats in the bathroom, there are a lot of tiles on the tile, the shower room is also not thought out, a large rain shower hangs on the wall (there is no watering can and faucet, which is extremely inconvenient with children). But the pros outweigh all the cons, we hope that everything will be finalized, it's a matter of time...The hotel is very young. Only positive impressions remained from the rest. Thank you very much. A very, very decent hotel! Compact, with friendly staff! The girls in the dining room are wonderful! The food is delicious, cooked with a soul, at home. Heated swimming pool, sea nearby, shop too. I liked the hotel, a very relaxing stay with my family. Nice pool. They cook delicious, but not enough, I had to constantly go in first to get the dishes I wanted to try. People were constantly crowding at the distribution. We need to organize this process. And the pool is only open until 20.00. In the evening, after dinner, we did not have time to enjoy swimming. You can arrange animation in the evenings or something interesting for vacationers. For example, watching movies on the street.

We had a rest with a friend from June 4 to 11. We were met by a beautiful receptionist, whom we then tormented with various questions, but she was always smiling and friendly)
The atmosphere on the territory is just wonderful, everything is quiet, calm and, most importantly, clean.
The hotel room also pleased us. Everything is as clean, cozy, the bed was changed every 3 days, the room was cleaned every day, after which it smells insanely delicious 😍
The kitchen is bombastic. Of course, there are a lot of people, everything is quickly disassembled, but the guys who work very quickly deliver what is over to the table. During the week of my stay at the hotel, I noticed for myself that the menu has NEVER been repeated)
(We have something to compare such trips with, including Abkhazia).

We stayed at this hotel from August 20-28, 2024.
The two-room suite was located on the second floor.
In terms of accommodation, there are no complaints at all. The room is comfortable, each room has air conditioning, which is not unimportant in a hot climate.

Everything was fine with everyone, cleaning every other day, linen change in 4 days.

We had a rest from October 11-18. A small 3-storey hotel. The food was good, the hotel has a dining room for meals, there were a lot of vacationers. There is a heated swimming pool on site. The water is warm, the pool is cleaned every day, the pool has a shallow compartment for children, comfortable sun beds, umbrellas. There is a small playground and a table tennis table on site. To walk to the sea in 15 minutes at a calm pace. In October, the sea is already cool for swimming, but the weather was warm enough at the time of rest, so we swam in the pool. Not far from the hotel there are small shops with groceries, a pharmacy, and so in general in the village if you do not go on excursions, then there is nowhere to go. Mostly outside the hotel there are minimarkets and private houses. And so, if you just come to the sea, for a relaxing holiday, then you can quite relax yourself. It is not far from the border of Abkhazia to go to the hotel.

We had a rest in October 2023. I have the best impressions about this hotel!!! The rooms are small, but cozy and clean. We rested together. The room had a large bed, a table, a wardrobe, a TV, a hair dryer. There is always plenty of soap, shampoo, t/paper. We stayed for 10 days, there was a change of bed linen. The linen is clean. The room was cleaned every day. Breakfast, lunch, dinner. Buffet. The assortment is not large, but everything is cooked very tasty, right at home! I especially liked the way the meat is cooked!!! Melts in your mouth. I don't eat much meat at all, but I couldn't refuse there! It feels like I've eaten as much meat these days as I haven't eaten in a year! The staff is very sincere, attentive, friendly! The atmosphere itself is warm and calm!!! There is a playground, a tennis table on the territory, the best thing is a warm swimming pool, which is cleaned and updated every day. Who wants to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, relax-this is definitely here!!! The only thing missing in the territory was musical accompaniment, light music. Since we were already at the end of the season, we were told that something was wrong with the speakers, maybe they were in no hurry to repair them. Of the advantages: It's a pool, the beach is not bad. The room looks like a hotel star. There are a lot of mosquitoes in the room. All the walls are covered with "corpses " of mosquitoes. We lived in this hotel for 2 days, we checked in by accident.
The receptionist (unfortunately, I don't know the name) was very kind and polite to us. We arrived late at night, we were angry (because we were brought to the wrong place), tired and hungry. The girl calmly reacted to our indignation, for which we are very grateful to her, gave us her coffee and bounty. She was always smiling.
And now about the hotel itself. If you want to relax in peace, then you are here. The rooms are clean. The pool is nice.
As far as I understood, the food is monotonous (I talked with the rest of the guests). There is not much choice of food. And people immediately swoop in, crowd in.
At night, after 9 o'clock, I was afraid to go out, since there are few people on the streets, and there are practically no lanterns.
Everyone has their own, but I was bored. No car noise, no music. Only the dogs howled all night.

My review will be long, but honest and will let you know that it is definitely not worth going to this hotel for a vacation. I call this service "everything is off". We arrived at this hotel late in the evening, the receptionist was not aware at all that we were supposed to arrive today. Naturally, no one offered us dinner) They checked us into a room. After a long journey, I really wanted to just go to bed. When I asked for blankets (it was cool), the receptionist said that there were no blankets, since the hotel was seasonal and they were not provided. There are no mosquito nets on the windows in the room!!! Instead, they give out one fumigator in a socket. So be prepared that you will not open the windows in the room, because of the reptiles that will fly into your windows. The shower smells of sewage, mold, and dampness. There is a shower hanging, like a tropical one, it is inconvenient to wash under it. When we stopped at the hotel, the water in the pool was green (as seen in the photo). The next day they started cleaning the pool, but they cleaned it for 2 days!!! of the five of which we stayed at the hotel. It's good that they cleaned it at least, and thanks for that. I will tell you separately about the all-inclusive system. We ate in the dining room on the territory of this hotel. It was a special "pleasure" to watch how every day a huge queue of hotel guests lined up in front of the dining room to grab their piece. Because if you come in 30 minutes later, you won't get anything from the food at all. The food is disgusting, there is no choice, first, second and compote, no desserts. Exacerbation of gastritis and colitis, you are provided! The whole family left the hotel with sick stomachs. The child refused to eat there at all. All the food is greasy, mayonnaise! The maid changed the bed linen every five days, but it would be better not to change it at all! A duvet cover with holes! And this is a SUITE!!! The garbage is not being taken out, toilet paper and garbage bags were bought by our own.
My impressions of this hotel are terrible!!! We paid for this room per day - 18.800. This hotel does not match these prices for the quality of accommodation. The hotel is located near the sea, but there is nothing on this beach! No toilet, no shower, no cafe. One grandfather rents out sun beds and that's it! Having children is not an option at all. I will not recommend it to my friends and acquaintances! We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, we left with such joy that words cannot express! What saved in this situation was only the nature of Abkhazia.

The compote is cooled in a large saucepan without a lid at the entrance to the kitchen, there is a bicycle and a washing machine nearby, where towels were washed from all over the hotel. But in Abkhazia, unsanitary conditions are normal everywhere. You also have to stand in line for food all the time, the food is disassembled, there is not enough, then they take out more! For cheesecakes and pancakes, just stand and wait for a long time. But condensed milk is delicious. Will I still go to this hotel? - No! Will I give someone a recommendation? - no. Although all the staff is polite.

Yes, he will give you his phone number, but whether you will get through is a question. I rented a junior suite for 9,000 rubles per day. So, this is a very low-level standard, which is a common one. There is carpet on the floor, at a seaside resort, a terrible shower in which it is difficult for an adult to wash, there is no question of washing a child, there is stupidly no watering can, just an imitation of a tropical shower with rare jets. I washed my daughter with an ordinary mug. Slippers, clean towels, bath accessories - do not hope. There is no talk of laundry, safe, beach towels, when I asked, they were very surprised. Room cleaning and linen change only upon personal request and no more than 5 days later. At the beginning of the race, when there were few people, the food was delicious, then everything started running. The meat is tough, the cutlets are salted, cottage cheese with bitterness, vegetables with mold. The madhouse began. The battle for food. Those who stayed late could stay with a minimal choice of dishes.The pool is not bad, but there is no toilet nearby, so it is possible that someone goes there and relieves themselves. They don't clean it regularly, they let it go a little when we were there. He's clouded over. Floating hair on the surface does not add beauty either. The owner gave the management of the hotel to workers from neighboring countries. He himself takes part only when there is a conflict. For this, the corner suite serves as a way of settling. Hello, honest feedback! They settled on 07/21/2023. The smell in the room is terrible, it smells of salt, the shower also smells of dampness, all the chrome parts of the shower and the towel dryer are rusty. Dining room - for dinner they gave a spicy kebab, the children could not eat, there were pasta, cucumber salad, tomatoes, khachapuri, carrot salad, compote tea. There are no fruits at all, no juices, nothing for tea either, except the tea itself and compote. They were chosen by rating (4.9) from the tour operator.Half of the photos do not correspond to reality.The window offers a magnificent view of the Fauvelles (photo attached).I slept the first night, woke up from the smell of the prelate at 3 a.m., decided to write a review. For 5 days and 4 nights, we paid 87 thousand rubles for a family of 4 people. Rub is a guest house, not a hotel. You will need to hold out for three more nights, then thank God go home, don't make the same mistakes as we came when choosing this hotel in quotes!
