One of the advantages is a really low price for a large square room in the center of Istanbul, all within walking distance. (I stayed in January, it turned out to be about 10,000rubles for 3 nights without breakfast, I lived on the ground floor)
I didn't really like the staff, it seems to be there, but it doesn't seem to be there. 🤷
The toilet lid was broken in the room, meaning it was impossible to put it in an upright position, it was constantly falling.
For the price that I paid, it's generally good
My sister lived, she's from Switzerland, and the room cost about $400 for 5 nights. Large room, clean and bright, breakfast included. It is a 3-minute walk from all the main attractions of Sultanahmet district. There are many restaurants and cafes nearby. The Grand Bazaar. Tram. She liked it with her daughter. We lived nearby in another hotel, the room was terrible.
A great small hotel, with clean, cozy rooms and attentive staff. The rooms are quite spacious. We visited both the economy room and the comfort room - we liked it everywhere. There are air conditioners everywhere, the rooms were cleaned every day. And from the room on the top floor there is an amazing view of the Bosphorus!
Among the disadvantages: - for all 5 days in a room for two, we were allocated 2 tea bags and 2 bags of nescafe. And they didn't add any more...
- for some reason there was only one 1.5 blanket in the double room with a large double bed. We also asked for a blanket, but they refused us....
The location of the hotel is very convenient, the center, near the tram, supermarkets and market. But the hotel has not been renovated for a long time, the only huge plus is the daily room cleaning. That's all.
The terrible staff made the whole stay at this institution worse. The balcony in the first room was not closed. We were on New Year's Eve. Fresh, little said. There are no dishes, just cardboard cups. 2in1 coffee is served for breakfast. Disgusting powder. The disgrace of Turkey. We got into this mess because there was no room in the next booked hotel. They lie godlessly about everything. Until the tour operator was alerted, we were not given 2 beds. I don't recommend Instatur to anyone who works with these hotels.
A hotel for stopping by to sleep and go on a walk. Very very modest) a huge plus is the location: two steps to all the attractions.
Plumbing is working, cleaning is available, the staff is friendly.
I don't recommend it.
1. The room stock is very different from the photo for the worse
2. Standard rooms are only in the basement without windows
3. Breakfast is meager and meals are not replenished
4. Access to the hotel through unpleasant areas and steep descents
5. Only one manager speaks Russian. And they work in shifts.
6. Access to the upper floors via a steep spiral staircase.
7. The rooms are damp. Tea and coffee - only on the day of arrival. There is no drinking water.
The hotel is in a good location. The central part of the old town. Many attractions can be reached on foot. Not far from the tram line - which is very convenient, as the traffic jams are simply incredible in Istanbul. When booking, keep in mind that economy rooms are practically in the basement.
The hotel is not exactly 3*!( . The water doesn 't run well in the shower . When we arrived at the reception, we had already been told a different amount , we booked on the booking for another amount. They saw that we came at night and told the room to be free only the next day, either wait or pay from above, we had to pay double the price. They also said that breakfast was canceled , they still have to pay, I generally do not advise it. Honestly, these 4 days of ours were a terrible day, honestly!!!!
Nice hotel, beautiful sea view. The breakfasts are delicious and hearty, it's a long way from the metro, about a kilometer away. A taxi from the metro will cost from 200 liras, there are often traffic jams in this part of the city. There are many interesting and iconic places of Istanbul nearby, parks, embankments, mosques, walking areas.
I accidentally chose a place to stay for the night,
I planned to stay the night and get some sleep.
But when I woke up, I realized that I wanted to live here!
Lovely hotel, clean, cozy.
Special thanks to the staff,
young people who work at night
They are really cool, treat guests in a friendly way and support them in every possible way.
In general, I put a bold 5! I recommend staying at Seven Days
Let's start with the pros, though.:
Attractions are within walking distance and partially Russian-speaking staff!!! Unfortunately that's all…
Well, now about the cons, the room is dirty, the pastel is not white (washed yellow is not a very pleasant color), the pillows if you Take off the pillowcase are monstrous, the blanket is even worse, there is mold in the shower, There was such a layer of dust in the picture, apparently it is centuries-old like the houses themselves in this area, but there are gold monograms everywhere it hurts the eye, the staff nods and depicts violent activity, but in the end nothing happens (the toilet leaked in the room after their repair it became even worse)
Now about breakfast, tea is rubbish, don't even try coffee, it's even a shame to call it by that name, but for an additional fee at the reception you can pour coffee from the vending machine "excellent service" you can talk a lot about food, but you can also succinctly "mediocre"...
And this is a three-star hotel, according to what criteria the stars will inflate it is not clear…
We were not checked in upon arrival. Yes, we were waiting on the spot. They said there were problems with the water. And then a young man came! The wizard! From the nearby ATLANTIS Hotel. He took us to his place. The room for two is gorgeous! They gave me two rooms. We had breakfast, we tried very hard. I think it's good, easy. They cook in front of you. Russian-speaking staff. Therefore, the impression is excellent. And if you are being taken to the slums of radom, do not agree. That's probably what it's designed for. But everyone is being resettled. We also had a couple with us - they didn't hit very well... They didn't like where they were settled.
Do not spoil your vacation with this hotel.
Ordinary workers *** - do overbooking and try to move into an ordinary "granny's hut" in the next entrance. In which 2.2 m has been flooded, it stinks of mold and most likely there are cockroaches.
After the refusal, no one will return the money to you, you will have a fruitless correspondence with the operator

The towels were sometimes dirty, but otherwise everything was fine
The terrible treatment of the staff.
Upon arrival, we were not checked in, allegedly there were problems with the electrics in the room. They offered us neighboring apartments (as they say family), but in our opinion these are slums. It stinks of cat urine, there are cigarette butts.
As a result, we were offered to spend the night in another hotel for one night. Because it was evening, we agreed, because we arrived very late and were tired.
The next day, we were also not warned about our room, they found a lot of excuses. Our room was eventually rented to others. The staff is rude, rude, abusive.
As a result, we were given our room for the 3rd night.
And then there was no hot water, the hair dryer does not work, there is no water.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL! TERRIBLE TREATMENT . THEY DIDN'T EVEN LET ME CALL THE POLICE. FOR ALL OUR PROSE, WE HAVE HEARD -NO.
In the photo, this is the hotel where we spent 2 nights.
And the photos of the terrible doors are the apartments where we were offered to spend the night!
The Turks of this hotel are not friendly towards Russians. They only love our money.
The hotel is terrible once again. I don't recommend it.
There is a Lady Diana Hotel nearby-everything is beautiful there and the staff is friendly and friendly.
