The hotel is wonderful, the staff is very helpful, the stay here was very comfortable. Cleaning every day, air conditioning is working, the hotel is clean, the breakfasts are just super! I didn't quite understand the reviews of those who wrote that breakfast was meager - there was almost everything, eggs, porridge, sliced bread, pancakes, desserts, and even second courses. The assortment changed every day. I'm not talking about the choice of pickles, nuts and fruits, there was really almost everything you could wish for, and what delicious homemade lemonades! Since groups of tourists stay at the hotel and they also go to breakfast in a group, you can get into a crowd of people and stand in line, we got this 1 time. On the 13th floor there is a restaurant with a good view, large portions at reasonable prices, we went there for lunch. One of the shortcomings is that there are several construction projects around the hotel at once. The noise did not bother me personally, but it goes without saying that the views of the construction site are not the best sight. In general, this does not apply to the hotel itself. From the shortcomings of the hotel, you can make a small cosmetic repair, slightly refresh the rooms, eliminate the shortcomings, and then you can safely put 5 stars to this place. For example, to update the wallpaper in the rooms, there are very large noticeable spots on the carpet in the corridors in some places, fix the plumbing, clean the showers, etc. In my bathroom, one tile was missing from the ceiling and the faucet handle was falling off. The breakfasts are great! Just a delight! There are many different fruits, vegetables, hot dishes, fish, meat, fresh pastries.
The room is spacious, the bathroom is also clean, there are bathrobes and slippers everywhere.
A house is being built nearby, so the noise goes on from 8 a.m. and almost all day. Windows are not very helpful (At first I thought the window was open. So, ask for a room on the other side. In the shower, I had an upper watering can that was not working, everything was pouring in different directions, but not down. And it's not because of salt deposits, it's something inside the watering can. And the air conditioner was working strangely. I wanted to make heating, but the air was barely warm all the time.

A pleasant hotel! Nice staff. Normal room cleaning. I liked the breakfast! We took a room with separate beds - both beds were large (bunk beds) and excellent hard mattresses. There is already a slight fatigue in the interiors and equipment, but it is clearly too early to do renovation. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the central part of the city, but everything is accessible. The nearest good grocery stores are a 7-10 minute walk away. There are restaurants in the immediate vicinity. There is a bank in the same building. The largest mosque in Asia is a 7-minute walk away. And the view from the window towards Victory Square is gorgeous! But this is for now, in a year the complex will grow there and close the view of the mountains.
