Excellent hotel, excellent location, close to tram and metro. Everything is within walking distance. Everything is clean and tidy inside, the staff is friendly.
I liked it, they helped us solve our problem with the numbers.
The location is good, there are several metro stations nearby, including Aksaray, where the bus arrives from the airport. There is a central street and a tram line nearby. It is a 25-minute walk to the center, but at the same time in a small distance, which affects the prices in cafes and the lira exchange rate.
We lived in a standard room, a small room, two beds (one large as I understood it is not), a bathroom is also small, decent repairs, cleaning every day, breakfast is quite edible, we did not stay hungry.
I really liked the hotel, we stay there all the time. There are Russian-speaking guys from Kazakhstan at the reception, they will always help and tell you. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not large, but cozy and clean, cleaned every day. Breakfast is included in the price and in my opinion, it is delicious, there is plenty to choose from. Convenient location, almost in the city center, 5 minutes walk to the Grand Bazaar. Nearby there are a couple of grocery stores, a cafe "Diana" - tasty and not expensive, within walking distance of a tram, pharmacies. I definitely recommend the hotel!
I really liked it. I came in from the street without reservation, as Azimut company postponed the connecting flight for one day. I was warmly received, the uncle is just a darling at the reception, he says that he suffers that so few Russians come now. You should have seen his eyes when he found out that I was from Moscow :)
His assistant, who shows the number, is also very nice, gave me a bottle of water for free, but he doesn't speak English at all :)
The room is nice, a big bed, the air conditioner is working, there is no noise from the street, but at 6 am you wake up from prayer for the whole city :)
There is a kettle, tea, coffee, gel and shampoo, soap, a cap. Minus - there was no hot water in the evening, apparently everyone came back and washed, I had to take a shower in the morning, the water was hot.
Breakfast is good, street view, a separate bonus - in the company of Buddha :):)
Staying with her husband from August 2 to August 4, 2023, they deliberately came to the Laleli area. We have passed the 10 hotel, stay at pisa otel since here the price = quality match.
Friendly staff. The rooms are clean, and cleaning is carried out daily. The breakfasts are good, everything is there. The setting is comfortable: quiet and calm.
The administrator speaks Russian, is responsive: he will tell you everything and help you.
Thank you again for your hospitality🌷
An excellent new hotel, no foreign odors, there were no interruptions with water, the air conditioning system worked in the room, in winter it was heated. Polite and courteous staff, room cleaning every day. I recommend.
Happy with the hotel! we went around the whole area and stopped at it, this is the best option for price and quality. We were very satisfied with the staff. We advise everyone, it's cozy and comfortable here!
A small, cozy, quiet hotel. The staff is very cultured and professional. The rooms are cleaned daily. Any issue is resolved instantly. Transfer to the airport. And most importantly, it is very conveniently located in the Fatih district, walking distance to any metro area of Istanbul, Grand Bazaar 5 minutes on foot. Breakfast is basically like everywhere else, but delicious. It's not the first time I've stayed there. I recommend
I love this hotel very much, they will always welcome me like at home, I have been staying for many years, breakfast is like everywhere else, but they cook very tasty here! Attentive staff, solve all the issue quickly.
I recommend this hotel and the main thing is that it is very conveniently located to all the places of interest🌴🌴🌴🛏🛏
