A very good hotel, varied meals, a separate children's kitchen. It's not the first time we've been a family in this hotel, we really like it. We are absolutely delighted. There is a Toucan kids club on site, there are various activities for children. There is also a water park with slides on site. In general, we really like it. The sea is very clean, the shore is sandy, the beach is clean. The depth of the sea from the shore increases gradually, which is good for both children and adults.

We were at the Pegasos Resort hotels from August 19-31, 2019.In general, I liked everything.We booked a one-room room with a view of the road, without any additional charges and hints to pay extra, we were given a 2-room room with a sea view on the 5th floor, but an attic.Not to say that the number is new, you can already fake something.The in-room safe is paid, WI-FI is free only at the reception.The food is good, but in 12 days it was all the same (2 times in 12 days there were trout, shrimp).From fruits:watermelon, melon,apples, grapes, peaches,nectarine,plums, bananas are just all in the children's restaurant and sometimes even the children did not have enough.I liked that the territory is large (3 hotels) and you can take sun beds wherever you want-because of this, it doesn't feel like there are a lot of people.Of course, all children from 3 hotels are on the slides - so there may be a queue.I liked the Toucan club, the children's disco, the animation is super, the adult shows are on Top!Many people take a 4-star ticket, and use 5-star hotels.I didn't like that there were a lot of paid services on site (ice cream,vitamin cocktails, juice, wine,beer, slot machines, carousels).The hotel claims to be all inclusive, but in fact there are a lot of surcharges (there is no kettle in the room, there are a lot of paid entertainment that children cannot pass by and start begging their parents).

The hotel is great, the beach is just a fairy tale, a very wide selection of food for every taste. WiFi is free only in the lobby of the hotel for a fee. The big disadvantage is that there is only through the anexture. We were on the second of May 2019. In general, everything is on the level (I compare only with Bulgaria).
From what I liked: we arrived at 10:15, they immediately put bracelets on us and sent us running to breakfast (brunch until 10:30). We checked in at 11 (but this is because the hotel is not full yet, even from the neighboring Pegasos Club they settled in the Resort). 0.5l bottled water in refrigerators throughout the hotel around the clock, ice cream in a cone by the beach from 11 to 18 (children ate with pleasure and in huge quantities). A huge territory (shared with the Royal and the Club), the Royal has a warm pool (they mostly swam in it, because the sea and the rest of the pools were still quite cold). There are 8 slides (open from 10 to 12 and from 14 to 17 hours), I rode them all. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean (the family has two rooms and two bathrooms), cleaning except Monday. The Toucan Children's club worked, but the children did not like it very much (it was more fun in Bulgaria), and the more interesting pirate club from Nazar was English-speaking, for tourists from Scandinavia).
What I didn't like: an hour and a half from the airport, plus a mandatory stop at a well-fed shop with horse prices for everything. We drove back in general for 3 hours (one and a half - we collected a full bus from the train). No luck with the weather. The sea is +17° according to Yandex (feels closer to 20°, but it's still cold). There is nothing around the hotel except a small bazaar across the street. White towels are not asked to be taken out of the room, and beach towels (one per resident) are given out in the morning (before 11:30), and taken away in the evening (from 17 to 19 hours). I did not hand over the towel until 19:00 (there are fans of swimming at sunset) - tomorrow you will walk with "yesterday".
Features: to civilization (Avsallar) about 20 minutes on foot (2.5km) or 2 lira by bus. Dollars, euros and lira are accepted everywhere. It is best to change the currency into lira at the Migros supermarket (just buy something there, and get the change in lira). Prices in the supermarket itself are lower than in the market, and the exchange rate is better. Alanya is half an hour away by bus (6 liras).
Bottom line: there are a lot of emotions, I probably forgot to write something. It is quite possible to come and relax.

Pegasos Club. The hotel sucks 4 stars, Wi-Fi is paid, there is no air conditioning in the lobby or in the restaurant. The food sucks, is monotonous and tasteless. The territory of the hotel is well maintained. There is a place to walk, take pictures. The sea is excellent, clean, the beach is without complaints. There is no sensible animation to deal with children. The one that is rather hinders rest than helps. In the evenings it is very noisy, because of some stupid gatherings in the amphitheater until 23:30. Towels are not changed on the beach, but almost at the reception, which is extremely inconvenient. Natural orange juice is paid. I do not recommend the Club, there are other conditions in the Piano and Resort.

We were in early June 2019. in the Resort. Before that, in 2017 we were at the Piano, in 2018 we were at the Resort. In 2019. We arrived at the Resort again. Compared to previous years, there have been small changes and not for the better. Firstly, the price has risen (in two years) by about 50% compared to 2017. The food has become worse. If earlier the fish was grilled in various ways, then in whole, then in halves, then this year some kind of horse mackerel, the size of the pieces is 5cm, the thickness is 1-2 mm and burnt. The meat is mainly chicken 90%, beef heart 5%, turkey 5%. Sometimes they give beef 2-3 thin slices. From fruits-apples, oranges and watermelons, Such delicious ice cream as it was in 2017. no, it's kind of watery. And so you can eat, but after 10 days the monotony gets boring. The beach has become worse. They allowed smoking on the beach (there used to be signs that you can't smoke, Many people smoke without leaving the sun beds, and there are children around. Ants appeared on the beach in large numbers and began to bite vacationers. Parents, without shame, take their children to pee right on the beach to the rocks, it's unpleasant. This year, a lot of people were seen without bracelets, they came from a public beach.There was such a period (about 3-4 days) that a lot of garbage came across in the sea closer to the fence (sorry, these are women's pads, tampons, cigarette butts, plastic cups and forks). The children's club "Toukan", in comparison with other years, has slightly passed. The repertoire is not refreshed, as if there are no new songs. The staff at the hotel remained very good. They are friendly, smiling, always ready to help, the cleaning is excellent. Yes, there is less pepper in the dining room, which is good.So for 2017. I put 5, 4.5 for 2018, and 3.5 points for 2019. The price has been increased by 50% in 2 years, but the beach, the variety of food and the Toucan have become worse.

This hotel is significantly better than the club. I was especially pleased with the food- chicken is not only breast, more precisely, even thigh, shin, beef- veal, shrimp, red fish, squid, there were also apricots from fruits, and not only apples, watermelon and melon. And the beach is the best nearby, right in front of the hotel. There was also an opportunity to go to an a la carte restaurant, according to the record - we were in Turkish and Italian. The difference with club is small, but the level is completely different. And there are no problems with seats in the restaurant, there is a smoking-non-smoking area. I definitely recommend it!

We were at this hotel from the 10th, bought a tour to the 4 * club, but since it was still the beginning of the season, we settled in the resort.
Nice spacious room, 2 rooms, sea view! By the way, the location on the road is terrible, people asked to change it in the neighborhood because it's terribly noisy, but to change $ 150. In general, we were lucky in this regard. There are many slides and pools. The children enjoyed going to the toucan kids club. Evening performances are repeated 1p a week, in principle, interesting programs.
There is a lot of food, but it is all about the same. Grilled fish (not tasty), turkey or grilled chicken or a type of saute. Eggplant zucchini is very tasty.
There are always delicious pastries of buns and cakes for breakfast. The sea is invigorating (21-22 g) but we swam, the pool after lunch is warmer than 25 g

We had a good rest, because we went on vacation, but if we're going to find fault, then there's something. In general, the hotel is not bad, the staff is friendly, the public areas are well cleaned, there is always someone who speaks Russian at the reception. The rooms are poorly cleaned, they never washed the sand in the shower for us, although the bed was changed every day because the child dirty everything)
They feed well for 4. Everything is delicious, but even for me it is monotonous. Reading the reviews, I kept thinking that we weren't going to eat, but in the second week, even I got tired of it)
All children's clubs are good. Adult animation is good in 5, in this 4 they are not heard, not seen.
