There is one big disadvantage (as it seemed to me) - room cleaning. The maid does not clean well. The bed linen practically does not change, does the cleaning with a hint so that it follows. once they left money. We took off the bed linen ourselves, so that she would make a new one for sure. The animation is not bad. In general, you can relax.
It's a great hotel. There is a club, resort and royal on site. The territory is green, well-groomed, there is a place to walk. The beach is something, the perfect sand, there are always plenty of sun loungers both on the beach and by the pools. You can use all the pools of the three hotels. The food is excellent. There are mini clubs for children and trampolines on the water. We've stayed at this hotel many times and I'd like to come back again.

The hotel is more suitable for couples with small children. The animation is good. There is a pool for children with a slide. The entrance to the sea is flat. The main attraction of the hotel is the beach and the green area. That's where the advantages ended. Three meals a day. The food is bland and not tasty. We often go to Turkey, we see this for the first time. There are a lot of dishes, but in fact there is nothing to eat. Desserts are monotonous. Only watermelons can be eaten from fruits. At least thank you for that! All dishes are cold. The organization of the restaurant space leaves much to be desired. While you find a place, the hot tea cools down. There is no kettle in the rooms. Mini bar-one bottle of water. Internet is paid for 5 euros per day. Free in the lobby. You can't find a place in the evenings. Going for a walk to Alanya on dolmush is also a problem. The minibus is full. The weather in May is not conducive to a beach holiday. We will definitely not come here a second time.
We had a rest in June 2024. Overall, we liked the hotel. Its most important advantage is a beautiful sandy beach with a very gentle entrance to the sea. My 5-year-old child could move 40 meters away from the shore and calmly reach the bottom with his feet. Due to the shallow depth, the coastal strip warms up very well. At the same time, the water in the sea is very clean, there is no turbidity, the sand immediately settles back to the bottom. The hotel complex consists of three hotels with a very large, well-maintained territory with a common infrastructure (with the exception of the main restaurants). There is a private water park with slides for both adults and the youngest guests, the pools are clean. The food is very good, almost every day there was red fish (salmon), various types of meat, squid, octopus, etc. I liked oranges and peaches from fruits, once there was sweet strawberries. According to the AI system, the hotel offers non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks of local production, but there are nuances here. I have a feeling that the drinks in the beach bars and by the pools are diluted, but in the lobby and by the amphitheater everything is OK. Whiskey is disgusting everywhere, but rum and gin are not bad, there is baileys. The staff is friendly and polite enough, they hardly speak Russian, and not everyone speaks English either. The rooms are clean, but the room stock is quite tired and requires renovation. We got a room on the 4th floor with a view of the road. The traffic is very busy there, so sleeping with the window open is not an option. A room with a sea view is available only through an official surcharge of 15 euros per day (if you did not book the sea view in advance). The animation is not bad. During the day there are games in the pool and on the beach, and every evening first a children's disco, then a show, then a disco for adults (sometimes live sound). The kids' club is available, but we didn't go. Now a little bit about the disadvantages... This is of course my subjective opinion and I knew about it in advance, but it is still strange that a 5* hotel with the AI concept has paid Wi-Fi in rooms and on site, a paid safe, paid trampolines at sea and in general a lot of extra pay services. In the evening, a lot of tables in the restaurant are "reserved" by waiters for guests who tipped them the day before. The "reservation" is a special way (diagonally) covered tablecloths and the presence of petals of bushes growing nearby on the surface of the table. Very often, such tables just stood empty waiting. It's a similar story with sun beds on the beach and by the pools. Some vacationers occupied them since the evening, putting their belongings there. The hotel team only encourages this and helps to "book" sun beds for tips. Thus, an artificial shortage of available places is created, even if the hotel is not fully loaded, at 9 a.m. it is already problematic to find three free sun beds, but there are more than a hundred simply covered with towels. Beach towels can be taken once a day and must be returned before 19.00. Towel replacement is not available during the day. The showers on the beach are designed so that all the water drains under the nearest row of sun loungers, creating mud there. Anyway, the rest was a success, which means there are much more positive moments))
I rested at the hotel 2 times. In 2021, in October and in 2023, also in October.
I got completely different impressions of the hotel and the service (I won't come back here anymore)
I went with my family and friends with a focus to celebrate my daughter's birthday.
I went for the 2nd time in 2023 based on the expectations of the last comfortable visit in 2021.
What I remember in 2021:
Hot weather during the day 27 +, at night ~ 20+ degrees, warm sea and the main advantage of this hotel is a large and close sandy beach with a smooth entry into the sea. Well, the opportunity to find a free place on the beach at any time. (By the way, we always went in company and we had to take 6 shazlongs)
In general, it is a clear plus for a vacation with a child. (I'll omit the evening shows and disco, it doesn't matter here)
But that was in 2021.
Which I didn't like very much:
- In 2021, there was a bit of discomfort in the fall, this is basically a restaurant approach to nutrition.
Everything was behind glass and the distribution was handled by the staff. (well, let's put down the discomfort to "safety" for the guests)
- There is nothing in the minibar in the room.
- There are no cosmetics, slippers and bathrobes in the bathroom.
Which is strange for a hotel that positions itself as a 5*
- For those who like shopping, there are no large shopping centers nearby, just take a car and go to Manvgat or Alanya.
- The work of animation and the guest service, where you order all the events.
Having ordered a cake, cakes and congratulations at the children's animation in the evening, that's what I got.
On our birthday, we were congratulated at the main restaurant (cake and balls), nothing was brought to the room in the afternoon (usually in hotels they bring some kind of plate with sweets and wrap all sorts of things out of towels), and at the evening animation they just forgot to congratulate, my daughter was very upset. (((
After communicating with the animation staff, they just blamed someone who didn't give them the information and that was the end of it. (Although on the morning of the holiday, I approached the animation once again to confirm that everything was in force and did not forget anything )
But in the end ( no apologies, no surprise compensation in the future) It just didn't seem to matter.
What an impression I got in 2023.
I went with the same purpose, to celebrate my daughter's birthday (5 years old) and get a comfortable rest on a sandy beach.
But, what has changed:
- After checking into the hotel, we went to the sea ( it was 11 o'clock in the morning )
When I reached the beach, I saw a picture that all the sun beds on the central part of the beach are occupied with towels (just sun beds are covered, then 2 or 3 sun loungers at once with one towel), there are no vacationers, the beach is half empty.
After walking a little along the beach with 2 small children, I did not find a single empty seat, all were "kind of occupied by someone".
I was called by a vacationing foreign woman ( German) vacationing also with her family and child and pointed to an employee of the beach, saying come and ask to find a place. ( which I did )
The beach employee looked at his watch and led me to the covered deck chairs, took off 2 towels and, lo and behold, it turns out that the seats are not occupied. ( this is an important point , I 'll come back to it later )
- In the evening at the animation, I got acquainted with the prices that were unpleasantly surprised at this hotel.
Popcorn, cotton candy for 4 euros, which was a bit shocking (portions for children, by the way)
In May, in a hotel above the level, I bought all this for a child for $ 1, and in this cast in 2021, the price was also at this level.
- Attractions and rental staff.
Not only did the prices become more expensive, but the attitude of the staff itself was amazing. I rented 2 electric cars that cost $10 for 10 minutes. ( I agreed for $ 18 for 2 cars at once )
I pay the rental employee $ 50 expecting to receive the change of $ 32, but the rental employee made a mistake and gave me the change from $ 100 (50 and 32).
I tell him, buddy, you made a mistake, you gave me an extra $ 50. He made surprised eyes and said thank you. To which I told him, my friend, maybe you will give him a bonus for another 5 minutes to ride this car (that is, not 10 minutes, but 15)

What did he look at me for, pretending that he did not understand me, I told him how so?
Well, then the circus started.
He called his colleague and said something in Turkish to him. Then the dialogue took place like this, the 2nd rental employee tells me 10 dollars for 10 minutes and like what do I want? Pay and ride.
I told him the situation, and he looked at his colleague and again for 10 minutes, 10 dollars.
I'm saying that for a scam, I could just pick up the wrong change and roll away for an extra $50.
Here the 2nd also pretended that he did not understand and decided to hire a Russian-speaking rental employee.
A girl came and asked what was going on.
I described the situation to her that some nonsense was turning out, I could just pick up $ 50 and ride them, but then they promised to give me a bonus of 5 minutes for returning the wrong change. And now they pretend that they don't understand what I'm saying and what I'm talking about.
The girl said, oh, how unpleasant, she said something in Turkish to her colleagues and without further ado they gave another 5 minutes to ride on an electric car.
But the mood was already a little spoiled.
I am generally surprised that the Turks decided to spoil the impression for vacationers with an electric machine that is charged from an outlet.
I would have spent more than $100 on these entertainments for the whole vacation here, but after that, there was no desire.
- On the 2nd day in the morning, when I came to the beach with the whole company of 5 adults and 2 children at 9:30, I saw a repeat of yesterday's picture.
The entire beach (the central part of the resort building) was occupied by towels covered on the shazlongs ( 2-3 shazlongs as above)
This alerted me, is there really a collective farm contingent resting here who comes and takes a place on the beach and does not come later for half a day ( I have not seen this for a long time)
We went towards the part of the hotel where the beach is closer to the club building. In 2021, they constantly rested on the beach there, because the place was closer to the pier and there were fewer people. But in 2023, we were surprised in the form of a billboard with information that this territory had become paid and we needed to book places here in advance. ( horror )
- Then one day, after spending the whole day on the beach and watching a bunch of towel-covered shazlongs next to themselves, we saw a picture with friends.(at about 2 p.m.)
A beach employee goes with 2 tourists, approaches the shazlong, where we were lying and no one was from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., took off their towels from the shazlong and also collected some of the towels that were covered with deck chairs and left. (then we met with tourists who told us that the staff themselves take seats and then find a place for tea =) this is the picture.

The deer looked at something and said yes, of course, don't worry, everything will be fine.
- At dinner, the cake was sold not the one that was asked.( in general, fuck it, my daughter liked everything) there were fireworks.
After dinner, we went to the children's animation for the long-awaited congratulations.

As a result, on the day of departure, we came to the reception, and the employee told us that there were no places. And extension options too.
We are transferring the "club" building, which is 4*, to the "resort" building, which is 5*, and therefore everything is occupied.
I asked, how did it happen that you say that you will extend, and then you just turn out to be lying? Well, in the end, nothing has changed.
We spent the last day from 12 o'clock waiting for the transfer.

2. A huge number of sun beds are constantly occupied, which is why you can walk for 20 minutes and look for a place for yourself.
3. Not always, but often there are huge queues for free ice cream. There are no canopies at the free ice cream shop, that is, people with children stand for 15-20 minutes under the scorching sun. For comparison, the ice cream shop is located in a good shade.
4. There is no access to drinking water on the beach until 10 a.m. (until the beach bar opens).
5. During meals, you either have to wait a long time for the waiter to ask for drinks, or stand in line for drinks yourself.
6. There are no stands for children to wash their hands in the toilets.
7. The lobby is too hot (mid-July), the temperature is uncomfortable.
8. There is no tea set in the room.

Three days since I arrived from vacation. I want to share my impressions. The hotel is super, the staff is polite, responsive. The food is very tasty and varied. The lobby is spacious. The territory is large, you can walk, there is a swing, in the evening we sat swinging, admired the sea and listened to the sound of the surf. The rest was a success. Thanks to Yana, the manager of TF "Come with us", for the excellent work. And yet, you definitely need to take euros or dollars with you, you can pay with a card, but you lose on conversion. Thank you all very much....
A great hotel on the Mediterranean coast. Big, clean beach. Ideal for families with children. The sea is not deep for 40 meters from the shore. Lots of playgrounds and bars on the beach. The rooms are well maintained, clean. The staff is Russian-speaking. One minus is the Internet is paid at the hotel, but it works stably throughout the hotel.
Let's start with the pros, this is a beach, it's not that plus, it's a buzz full of a long gentle beach under water, the beach itself is normal for sunbathing on a four-piece. The food and drink are decent, but no more. The territory is well maintained and beautiful. The service and staff are acceptable.
And now the fly in the ointment. I'm not a specialist in hotels, and in recreation, but it feels like I've been to a 4* hotel. It is impossible to put five stars, there is a bar, but for a fee, there is WiFi in the room and on the territory, but for a fee, there is a safe, but for a fee, there is a dryer in the bathroom, but it does not work, even for a fee. This is sad, since we got into a time of high humidity, on the balcony nothing was drying on the dryer, from the word at all. The room did not look like a 5* hotel room in any way, poor repair in places, especially in the bathroom, I did it myself at home without having experience. Fruits, and this is just sadness, it would be better if they did not exist. It feels like you're eating grass. There were cherries several times, they were very tasty and the nectaries became normal by the end. The territory is very small, although there are three hotels on it, sandwiched between the main road and the sea, you can get around in half an hour without straining.
We were there for a week at the end of June, so it's difficult to judge by the fruits and humidity, but the fact itself is saddening, and so I put a solid four. And again, for this money, I think you can find a more decent vacation.
My God, this is the most beautiful hotel that I have seen in my life, even though I am only 13, I have been to Turkey 9 times and of all these 9 times, this hotel has left the most pleasant memories. The territory is just huge (across the bridge from the restaurant, a small kitten was always sitting in the bushes that interested every passerby), the beach too (almost 1km), the food is just gorgeous, I even recovered from such delicious food, the rooms are well renovated and cleaned often, the staff is amazing, everyone is very kind especially in russikmi, there were few of them because wars. I was in this luxury hotel in the period from 08/26.23 to 09/27.23. Although the hotel is not cheap, it is worth the money.
The hotel exceeded all expectations. The stay was luxurious, the room was clean, new. They were fed for slaughter, and there were red fish and tongues.

We were on autumn holidays, from the 24th to the 1st of November. Before that, we always traveled to Asia. I was not impressed by the hotel, the rooms are tired, the animation is in German and English, actually most of the tourists are not Russian speakers. The sea is good, clean, the water is fresh, but we swam. The beach at rush hour resembles Anapa (Although the pools have slides, but the water is icy, they could not climb once. The food is normal, there is something to choose from, but without frills. Rooms with a view of the road are noisy, if you are used to sleeping in silence, it will definitely not work, because the road is literally 100 meters away. I won't go a second time. And I also had a birthday, the hotel congratulated me with a template postcard tucked under the door.

It's a great place. Its own clean beach, a variety of food and drinks. Friendly staff, good cleaning service. Of the minuses, only minor points: 1.5 hours drive from the airport and slightly shabby rooms, but clean and tidy.
