Maybe we were just unlucky with the shift, but in 3 days we have never been cleaned. They didn't put water bottles, we bought them ourselves. The toilet smelled terribly of damp and sewage. There was simply no TV on the wall, only the fixtures. The mini bar is empty. There were no bathrobes, but 3 pairs of slippers. The staff is polite No one speaks Russian, but that's not a problem. One of the advantages is the view of the towers, the food is delicious

Stylish design. Good sleeping linen. A comfortable bed. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room. A wonderful restaurant. Excellent service. I recommend.

An unforgettable, incredible, enchanting Svaneti!!! Beautiful, warm, cozy, bright! Many thanks to the friendly team of the hotel for your hard work, your attentive and cordial attitude towards your guests, for amazing, delicious dinners, incendiary, funny and sincere dances and songs, for your traditions and history that you (despite your youth) so keep it carefully and share it with us!!!
