Stylish design. Good sleeping linen. A comfortable bed. There is a bathrobe and slippers in the room. A wonderful restaurant. Excellent service. I recommend.

Maybe we were just unlucky with the shift, but in 3 days we have never been cleaned. They didn't put water bottles, we bought them ourselves. The toilet smelled terribly of damp and sewage. There was simply no TV on the wall, only the fixtures. The mini bar is empty. There were no bathrobes, but 3 pairs of slippers. The staff is polite No one speaks Russian, but that's not a problem. One of the advantages is the view of the towers, the food is delicious

Незабываемая, невероятная, феерическая Сванетия!!! Красиво, тепло, уютно, светло! Огромное спасибо дружной команде отеля за ваш труд, ваше внимательное и сердечное отношение к своим гостям, за потрясающие, вкусные ужины , зажигательные , веселые и душевные танцы и песни , за ваши традиции и историю, которые вы ( не смотря на свою молодость) так бережно храните и делитесь с нами!!!
