We were at this hotel from October 7 to October 17, 2022. We were very satisfied. The hotel is very clean, a good selection of delicious food, a lot of different meats and seafood.
There is even a children's restaurant with its own mini-distribution (open only at lunch). A very large area, many different pools. There is even an indoor heated swimming pool, where children really like it. The renovation was at the hotel 5 years ago, but everything is very decent. Responsive and courteous staff who will help solve any issue. I would especially like to mention the work of Director Hamdi, who contacts the guests, is interested in their opinion about the hotel and responds instantly to requests. I would like to mention a good team of animators, for 11 days there have never been any repeats of the evening shows.And during the day there is a lot of entertainment and activity (step, stretching, zumba, etc.)During the rest I did not gain extra kg.The beach is not big, it is good and it is always cleaned. The sun beds are occupied as usual from 7 a.m., but people only show up there after lunch. But there are no problems with places.There is a cafe by the beach that is open around the clock. You can always have a snack and a drink there. Alcohol is normal for a solid four. A very good aqua park for adults and for children. The only downside is that it only works from 15 to 17. There are burgers, pancakes and ice cream on the way to the water park. And also pastes. There is a children's room where Susu will always give mom the opportunity to take a break from the child, it will take 2 hours for sure. In general, the hotel is decent, I recommend it. And the biggest plus of this hotel is its location. It is 5 minutes from the airport. You can get to the city of Monastir and Sousa for a penny by taxi, the main thing is to go by the meter.

We really liked the hotel and had a family vacation in 2017. The food is varied. The territory is large. The hotel consists of many bungalows. There are 2 swimming pools and a private water park on site. There was animation every day. The sea was clean, there were enough sun loungers for everyone, the only thing were mussels, but the hotel was not to blame for this - it was the whims of nature. If a jellyfish stung after all, there is a bar on the beach where they will give a tomato or lemon for 5-10 minutes and there is no trace of a burn

The hotel is just great!!!Very friendly staff, all very smiling!Animation is generally the highest level.I haven't seen such animation even in the nicest hotels.You will definitely not be bored here!!!All antmators are insanely friendly and sociable, not everyone knows Russian, but there are basic words.Several animators know the Russian language very well.Animators conduct various dances around the pool, aqua aerobics, and games in the water.And what I didn't expect at all is the whole performances in the amphitheater that the animation group arranges.Very good and productive fitness classes that take place several times a day and 6 times a week,Pilates,yoga, abs, steps, in short, there are a lot of them.Great bars.The pools are always clean.In general, the entire territory of the hotel is very clean, constantly cleaned.

WITHOUT HIGH EXPECTATIONS, GETTING TO KNOW NORTH AFRICA
General: booked a tour online through Onlinetours. Flights on regular Turkish Airlines flights with boarding and overnight in Istanbul and back and forth, so as not to get too tired of many hours of waiting. There are direct flights to the country of Tunisia, to the city of Monastir, but I did not find a suitable tour with them, my daughter went to exactly on school holidays. We spent the night in Istanbul, near the airport, a taxi ride of 20 minutes, in addition, a self-mini-tour of authentic Istanbul, how the Turks themselves live, was a plus for us. Hotels there are more than affordable at prices, as well as food in cafes and restaurants. The hotel in Tunis itself is located in the suburb of Monastir, in the small town of Sahlin. Monastir is a 15-minute drive from the hotel and 40 Tunisian dinars in one direction. Since we were flying on regular flights, we flew to the capital of Tunisia under the same name Tunis. At the airport, I immediately exchanged dollars for local dinars (keep the receipt for the exchange, otherwise they won't change you for dollars), bought an Orange SIM card - a cellular operator, I always almost do this just in case. There we were waiting for a transfer from the airport to the hotel, to go 170 km or 2 hours on empty roads, on weekdays we could go 4 hours. The trip is not particularly pleasant, but also not tedious, at the same time you look at the country, how people live, what houses, nature, etc. We stayed at the hotel from October 29 to November 5, 2023, and I searched for information on various websites, in telegram chats, including TravelAsk, how about the weather, sea temperature, etc. in Tunisia in early November, and I did not lose, because it was warm, or maybe we were just lucky, because they wrote different things. October 29 and November 5 are also days on the road. There is no Russian-speaking staff at the hotel, there is one Arab uncle and a guide who is very persistent and arrogant so that you buy a tour from him, but everything is primitive enough in terms of talking to him, like with an Ellochka of 12 chairs.
Check-in and room: arrived at the hotel approximately at 11:00 am. Check-in at 14:00. They asked to settle right away, I gave 20 dinars at the reception to be settled immediately at the age of the Arab uncle melted and we were taken to the room. A digression from the settlement and a recommendation: do not be too greedy to give 5, 10 dinars or 1, 2 dollars to an Arab, they will be very grateful to you and the service will rise and the attitude towards you is unequivocal, we had it like this. Here there is a review on TopHotels from 13.10.2023 (tourists were vacationing in September), they write that they did not clean the room well, and they made swans, hearts from towels, rose petals, brought flowers, they licked everything to the writing desk – I'm serious and all this for 1 dollar for a cleaner, in 6 days they spent 6 dollars, a total of 600 rubles, well, not really a lot of money, agree.
Family room “Family Rom Superior” with two separate isolated rooms No. 251, with one combined bathroom. In one room there is 1 double bed, in the other 3 single beds, the convenience of pillows and mattresses is 7 out of 10 points, but in fact we are not picky tourists. The room is old, but everything works. There are mosquito nets on the windows, sometimes ants come to visit, very few, not critical at all. Sound insulation in the room: we had no neighbors until the last day, on the very last day of the trip, a noisy Arab family settled in and they laughed until midnight, then calmed down, so the sound insulation is so-so. But we were at the hotel, and the last day of our stay coincided with the last day of the hotel's operation this year. Most likely there are a lot more people in the season. There is a photo here from the beach, look at it from me and other users according to reviews of the same hotel and you will understand what I mean. There are two televisions in the rooms, but we didn't turn them on at all. To be honest, there are not enough sockets, but after staying at Belek Beach Resort, I carry a mains filter with me, so we had enough sockets There is no mini-bar, there is a refrigerator that is not particularly cold.
View from the room: on the lawn, the whole hotel is basically one–story houses with 4 rooms in my opinion, there are three-story buildings – I read that there is not much, but I will not say anything.
Food: since we were at the end of the season, it seemed to me that there was somehow not enough food, but this is understandable in fact. All meals are held in the Meridian restaurant. I don't drink alcohol, almost completely, I tried white wine, for me "strong schmurdyak", but other vacationers drank, they are fine. Meals: takes place mainly in one restaurant: breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can also have lunch at the pool bars, where there is a water park, they give pasta, burgers, fries, ice cream (2-3 types, delicious though), in my opinion they work from 13:00 to 17:00..
Breakfast: eggs in an omelet (with additives to choose from: greens, tomatoes, onions and more something, I do not know why, but all 7 days I ate an omelet, while giving an Arab chef 10 dinars, he recognized me and cooked perfectly); eggs are simply fried, eggs are boiled in the shell. Various pastries – there is not much of it. Pancakes with chocolate, baked waffles, the children all ate with pleasure. But everything is quite modest and delicious. I would say that breakfast is the best meal of the day.
Lunch: always 2 types of soups: one cream puree, the second with the addition of tomatoes. Normal edible). There are several types of meat for hot almost always: turkey, chicken, lamb, beef, but somehow it was not cooked very much almost always. Try to take what is cooked with you on the stove, like steaks, the turkey was very tasty and I really liked the liver. There were also almost always fries, nuggets, boiled rice, grilled fish, small shrimp. Some salads, vegetables. Separately, I will note the desserts, all are different and almost all are delicious and unusual, although they look rather plain. The fruits were apples, pears, grapefruit and peeled pomegranate.
Dinner: everything is the same as for lunch. One evening there was a Halloween party, something else was given, but not too much so that it was different from lunch.
In general, you will not stay hungry, but to enjoy food is not here to sit and savor (again, we were at the end of the season). Also, coffee and tea are just disgusting (a big minus for this). We drank water, sometimes Cola and fanta, the children only water. There are two or three A La Carte restaurants, they have not worked since the end of the season.
Pools: there are 3 or 4 of them (2 or 3 for adults, 1 small "frog pool"), there is 1 indoor pool, who likes it warmer. The water is very cold there at this time of year, but because of the slides, children climb there and come out already with blue-purple-bard lips. We mostly swam in the sea, it is both healthier and warmer.
Water park: 6 slides, two in a spiral and 4 straight. I took a ride once, cool).
Beach: there are no comments, everything is fine and even excellent. The Arab uncle walks and rakes the sand, walks with a broom and even removes sand from the sunbeds. Next to the bar, where you can also take a drink or something to eat. Entering the water is very convenient for children, very gentle. The sea was stormy for 2 days and we went to the pool one day, and went to Monastir for a walk the second day. There are enough sun beds for everyone, once we were alone on the beach absolutely alone for 3 hours, although the sun was shining and it was a little windy. The beach is exclusively cleaned only on the territory of the hotel, you will move 10-15 to the right or left and there will be garbage and a pile of algae. We went both to the left and to the right, the son and daughter collected shells and then built everything with sand. To get a beach towel, you need to pay 20 dinars for each – a deposit, they are not very high quality, we had two large towels of our own, plus we took 3 towels for a deposit. See for yourself how often you bathe, but get ready for what there is here.
Weather: one day there was a direct heat of + 35 degrees. All other days from 24 to 30 degrees. 2 days as I wrote, the sea was stormy.
The territory of the hotel: average, there is somewhere to walk, although there is no playground for children. There are 2 mini-shops on site, everything for the beach there, T-shirts, ice cream and all that.
Animation: it was not, as I repeat for the fifth time that the end of the season. But the children's club worked on minimalki.
Internet via Wi-Fi: does not cover the entire territory of the hotel, but there is in the room, there is on the beach, there is in the rest, plus I had a SIM card. The speed is average, YouTube didn't slow down almost.
Behind the hotel: there is nothing, a road and a bus stop. There lives a cat and a security guard who lets in and lets out cars. The children went to pet the cat almost every evening.
Excursions: we took one from the guide, his name is Ali Baba (alias), by the way, he speaks Russian. I took $ 120 for 4 people for 2.5 hours. They took it just for the sake of the children, included in the tour: camel riding for 40 minutes, then baking bread like Berbers in the desert, like in a tandoor. In principle, it is not so expensive and not long, and you can take it for impressions.
Payment: cash dinars, Union Pay cards of Russian banks – worked once out of 20, maybe the Turkish card worked, the Kazakh ones did not work. So it's better to be safe and take cash.
Guests at the hotel: we were the Russians alone. The rest are Europeans and Arabs.
I definitely recommend this hotel, there are disadvantages, but there are few of them anywhere, only in Premium hotels, for which they charge a lot more than here.
BUT: I would not come back here, only because of a difficult flight with transfers, but if there is a direct flight to Monastir, then it would be possible in the season.

We chose this hotel because we were in it five years ago. We were slightly disappointed. The hotel is a mess. Dirty tables in the restaurant, especially on the street. A frenzied number of flies. We wiped the appliances ourselves, just in case. The food is varied, especially sweets. Lots of fruits, unlimited drinks.
In the rooms: clogged sinks, air conditioners were not cleaned from the word at all, the bed linen was not changed in 10 days. You need to ask for a gel shampoo.
The sea is great, the beach is cleaned, the sand is good. There are a lot of sun loungers. You can ride a camel, bananas, or parachute. It's all on the sidelines- not on the heads of lying vacationers.
Every evening there is an entertainment program for children and adults. Several pools, including the childfree pool.
A large territory, several slides- a water park - for adults and for kids.
There are only a few Russian tourists.

But we decided this with a small jet of water (I called the staff) to get hot water, we had to wait.As a result, everything was repaired and the hair dryer was replaced.Beach towels are given out for 10 dinars. And then he just exchanges it for a clean one when needed. Bring only currency! Dollars, or better yet euros. Food! It's something with something! The first week, there were not very many people, and when there were more, so that there were no queues, they made access to the products from both sides. Fish and seafood every day two! three times, fruits three times a day. We had watermelons, melons, flat and ordinary peaches and apricots. And all at once, I really liked the desserts. I do not like tremors like in Turkey, they did not exist! The staff walks around and asks what they would like. I was looking for vinegar (a lot of fresh vegetables, salads, cabbage) oil is full! And he wasn't there. I explained what I was looking for, and the next day I was already standing)) It's a small thing, But it's nice. A separate Corner with products for children. It's been moving all day! The animators are all not very friendly. Water polo in two pools, pilates, aqua aerobics, step in everyday life (I don't know how to do it right)) lawn tennis, football. Children's animation. Well, slides are understood twice a day. There are rescuers everywhere. There are guards on the beach. Mounted police cruised periodically. Traders were not allowed to go to the beach from outside. In general, I definitely advise you! There are few Russians, mostly Germans, French and Czechs. The sea was blooming, there were no jellyfish, but we swam every day. Not deep! It comes in very smoothly. The sand is magical!
Of the cons - one outlet in front of the bed and the second in the bathroom for a hair dryer. So take the tees. There were no mosquitoes, there were ants and some flies that looked like moose flies.

The hotel can accommodate 2000 people . We were with the whole family in July. The rooms are normal, but the condos do not work for everyone. It's good that in the first few days we managed to change the room through the manager to a room with a working air conditioner, the territory is large and quite well maintained compared to other hotels. The dishes in the restaurant did not have time to wash properly, because the plates were often dirty, and they just rinse the glasses at all. Perhaps this is, in principle, the standard of cleanliness in Tunisia. I didn't like the food. I think it does not depend on the hotel, but again, it is the same everywhere in Tunisia. Its own beach, quite clean, there are enough sunbeds. There are enough algae in the sea and warm currents periodically brought jellyfish. You can't swim with jellyfish in a relaxed way, because even for an adult it's a pain to meet them.

A great hotel for a family holiday, vacationing with my wife in September 2019.
The food is excellent , the food is always in sufficient quantities and very tasty , every other day there is a themed kitchen with live music , there are days with seafood and seafood .
You can eat 24 hours a day , there are 5 bars with alcohol included.
We lived in a bungalow, the room is very decent , wifi is available throughout, towels are replaced every day, mini bar cola and water on arrival , water can be taken for free at any on-site bar or restaurant.

Plus 4 pools: 1 children's pool, 1 for adults and children , 1 purely for adults and 1 indoor.The water is not ordinary sea water , it is very clean .

The beach and the sea are cleaned every day, there are always sun beds, but there are jellyfish. There is a lifeguard on the beach who if that gives ointment from them.
The staff is generally very smiling and always goes to a meeting, there was a situation where they lost the room key card , gave out a new one for free without questions.

We visited in September 2019, liked the hotel very much, lived in a two-room bungalow. There is a lot of food, everything is very tasty and varied, there were even mussels twice and crabs once, you will definitely not stay hungry. The staff is very friendly, always ready to help, on the second day the light disappeared in our room, while I was walking from the reception, an employee already came and fixed everything. The only thing that disappointed me was the sea, algae, biting jellyfish, waves. We swam three times, but there are three outdoor pools on the territory, we swam there. We went to the spa in the hammam and for a massage, it's generally wonderful. In general, I recommend it, I'm unlikely to go a second time myself, I don't want to go to Tunms, but as a backup option I will always keep in mind.

Overall, I liked the hotel. Lots of entertainment, sports - football, tennis, water polo. The animation is good, the music is great. The sea is the 1st line. Fruits are not very diverse, but they will do - apples, pears, grapefruit, peaches were given 1 time in 11 days. The location is not very good at the hotel - you only need to get to the shops or to the market by transport.

However, despite the orientation towards children, there is no normal children's menu - fried, peppery food, mostly spicy soups.
There are no normal drinks. Juices from concentrates and tap water, coffee from machines.
The advantages are a large territory and a water park.
