In September 2024, my husband and I stayed at this wonderful hotel. We have the most wonderful impressions about our vacation! A nice hotel, small, modern and cozy, everything glitters everywhere, everything is thought out to the smallest detail! Spacious rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows and a good view from the window, cleanliness everywhere, the cleanest white linen! We really liked the minimalism and convenience! We also really liked the terrace on the top floor, where we were served delicious breakfasts, where there are stunning views, where you can eat yourself at any time, using the provided good dishes and everything you need, We spent late evenings on the terrace when we returned from a walk and admired the night Gagra. The hotel is very conveniently located. The sea is a 7-minute walk away, everything is within walking distance. You can immediately leave the Hotel and leave in any direction by bus or taxi. I would like to express my special gratitude to the owners of the Hotel and the staff for their sensitivity, responsiveness and attentive respectful attitude! 🙏❤️❤️ We thank YOU and will definitely come back!!!
I had a rest at the end of September at the Oliva Hotel in room 107. A chic hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms! The room is equipped with the most necessary refrigerator, kettle, dishes, table and chairs. There are no balconies, but there is a shared balcony on each floor where you can smoke or just sit and admire the beauty of nature! The highlight of the hotel is the roof on the fifth floor. The views are extremely beautiful sea, mountains and gorgeous vegetation! There is a dining room with delicious breakfasts on the roof! This is a great place to relax in the evening, where you can admire the sunsets. The hotel is located in the center of Novaya Gagra, next to the Ferris wheel. I walk to the sea in 5 minutes. I would like to note the high level of service! A comfortable atmosphere, friendly staff, helpful and understanding. The rooms are always perfectly clean and cozy. Cleaning is carried out according to the schedule. Special thanks to the hostess of the Fazleta hotel, for her sensitivity, responsiveness, care and attention to us! Many thanks to all the staff of the hotel for making our stay comfortable and unforgettable!!!, comfortable rooms! We had a rest at the Oliva Hotel in August. The hotel itself is new, freshly renovated, well furnished, the rooms are spacious. Each room has a hairdryer, clothes dryer, refrigerator, smart TV. There is an iron and ironing board on the floor, also on each floor there is a shared balcony, where there is a smoking area and you can dry things. On the fifth floor there is a large terrace with tables where you can sit at any time of the day. A big plus is the hearty breakfasts, which also take place on the terrace, which offers magnificent views of the mountains. The staff is polite and helpful. The owner of the Fazlet is a very friendly woman. There are many shops, cafes and canteens near the hotel for every budget. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea.
Now the cons: the constantly breaking toilet seat was terribly annoying, as well as the only mirror in the bathroom in which you can see yourself only up to the waist. We, four girls living in a 2-room junior suite, terribly lacked a full-length mirror in one of the rooms. I also didn't like that when checking in and checking out, you need to pull your suitcases yourself (in our case, the 4th floor). We also ordered laundry at the hotel for 200 rubles, but a lot of bright things were in yellow streaks from the powder, we had to wash them ourselves.
