Good location. It was built for the Asian Games. Expensive-rich, if someone likes Turkish chic. Since then, she's worn out a bit on small things. Handles and locks are broken somewhere. The clock is lying, etc. The last time there was no water for 4 hours, but this is rather an exception. Nice Chinese restaurant on the 10th floor
