Everything is great! the hotel is cool, the staff is friendly, helpful, they will always help. The restaurant at the hotel is a cannon!! everything is delicious, fresh, they bring it quickly, you can order it in the room.

This hotel deserves one star. Why there are so many positive reviews is a big question. We were a family in early September 2024.
The hotel itself is very modern, interesting interior, good white towels, slippers and all accessories are there, the room is clean, but for a family in a large room, there is only one small closet. There are no hooks, no additional shelves, and the bathroom is the same. When entering the room, there is nowhere to put or hang your belongings. There is a toilet with music in the bathroom, after each visit there is a hum throughout the room. Well, the plumbing is no longer the first freshness. There is a kettle in the room, but no cups or spoons, there was no water in the room, although this is a hotel, not a guest house.
The food was announced from under the knife, very tasty, in fact bland, even a simple Georgian salad with nuts was spoiled, it was tasteless. Staff: at the reception, a nice woman explained and showed everything, but in the dining area, the guy is a waiter, no one at all, no one cleans anything and forgets what they ordered, like the woman who takes orders. It's not even a cafe, but just a dining area, and even with dogs running around the territory. Disgusting. The pool is clean.
If you go for a walk, then everything is terrible in the hotel area, garbage. The beach leaves much to be desired. If you are going to Georgia for the first time, then you need to choose only Batumi. At least you will have a choice of where to eat and where to walk
And you will be able to appreciate the real Georgian cuisine.
The breakfasts are as disgusting as everything else, they don't even have special stoves to keep the cooked food warm, until you come to breakfast, everything will be cold. Coffee from the coffee machine is paid.
And most importantly, this is an inflated price, in fact, for such money in Batumi you can rent two apartments with a magnificent view of the sea. The territory is not closed, anyone can enter. A sad place, all the reviews about this hotel were not justified.

A stunning hotel with a European design and a homely friendly atmosphere. We rested from September 7 to September 14. We were delighted. We lived in a room on the 7th floor with a sea view. The renovation is awesome, the balcony is huge, and the rain shower in the bathroom is just love.
The breakfast is good, not so that the tables are full, but we have never been hungry.
Parking for guests is free, a nice swimming pool (without heating), towels for the pool and the sea right at the entrance.
The hotel has a restaurant with an excellent menu and, most importantly, with a wonderful chef. Everything is sooo delicious and at good prices.
The staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Natasha - she booked us a room without prepayment, was always in touch and helped with any requests, well, just wonderful!
The rest was a success. Book this hotel, you will not regret it!

A great hotel! I recommend it to everyone!
Nice, clean, spacious rooms. Room amenities. Towels are changed every day, bed linen is changed every 3 days. Beach towels! Tomorrow is included, delicious and quite varied! Own cafe, you can order lunch and dinner, pay after, they will write you down to your room. The girls in the cafe are making insanely delicious coffee! Special thanks to Firuza and Natasha, who came to meet us in our difficult situation. We helped to check in late at night, and were always ready to help with any question! The sea is really 3 minutes away, there is a swimming pool on the territory, and a large area for recreation! Sun beds, umbrellas, clean and cozy! Thanks for the rest!

A fantastic hotel with very stylish new rooms. Number 801 is love! The view from the balcony to the sea at sunset is amazing! Panoramic windows, a large bathroom where you can relax. A huge swimming pool, a cozy reception where you can sit and work on a laptop. It is very close to the sea. And also, I will separately note the golden hands of the chefs - the Gurian pie is divine. If you rest, then only here.

We rested for 20 days. The impressions about the hotel are great. The interior is stylish, the rooms are spacious, the plumbing is working. I was very pleased with the huge balcony with a table, chairs, a hanging chair, a dryer (!). The audibility is high between the rooms, especially in the bathroom, but this is nonsense. They were waiting for their son, they moved into the next room. Bed linen is changed, there are bathrobes, slippers, beach towels in the lobby... Super customer care! The administrator Natasha is a very pleasant, sociable girl. It will help with all the questions. All the staff are very nice. Everything is clean and radiant. After Turkey, we timidly asked if we could take food to the room. The answer surprised me:"Of course!" We were totally blown away: we took food to the room from breakfast. Pleasant unobtrusive music throughout the day. What we love: blues, jazz, high-quality pop, rock. Softly, on the chill. The restaurant is open until 10, we arrived late a couple of times, made an order at almost 10, took the order, fed it. The territory is absolutely apolitical. On the chill, on the chill. And! We left at 2 a.m., and the day was paid for, they gave us rations: a lot of sandwiches, cheese in a container and ... a whole pie with cheese. We stood on the Upper Lars for 3 hours, only this magnificent Georgian pie brightened up the waiting hours. I sincerely wish the hotel prosperity, lots and lots of customers and peace! Thank you for a wonderful stay. Let's go back to the room with a sea view.

Great hotel. The owners live there too. Accordingly, most of the employees are close people and treat the guests accordingly, in a family way.
We stayed for 1 night. Everything is arranged.
The rooms are fresh with modern renovation and furniture. Everything you need is provided in the rooms.
The breakfast is decent, you won't stay hungry.
The territory is small, but well maintained. Parking is right on site. Large swimming pool with sun beds and umbrellas. Separate beach towels are provided. The sea is a 2-minute walk away.
