10 days of fabulous vacation. Not for active, but for a relaxing holiday. The staff is on top. The hotel is not new, but clean. The territory is small. There is a swimming pool and water slides. The sea is near the hotel. There were always enough sunbeds. The choice of food is not great, but you will not be hungry. Meat, fish, turkey, tuna, vegetables, fruits, sweets. Wine for lunch and dinner is freely available. In bars, local drinks are unlimited. I recommend the hotel from the position of price/quality. Many thanks to the manager Zhalil. He keeps everything under control from morning to evening 7 days a week.

Very nice hotel .
It has the status of 3 races , but really it 's a good four
We lived in the Dahlia building overlooking the sea and the pool
Opposite the room with a view of the palm beautiful park
Cleaning every day
The staff is very polite
The restaurant is good , the chefs and waiters are polite and kind , the food is fresh , fresh watermelon and melon , pears , grapes are very sweet , fish , vegetables , dairy products are delicious , crabs and mussels 2 times a week , which we did not expect .The sea is 50 meters , the sand is white .Animation every day , yoga , water gymnastics , dance master in the afternoon and evening , karaoke animators Rico and Zico and other guys are professionals in their field , very kindly lit and taught everyone , even the laziest .In general, the hotel is excellent .

I chose this hotel for the good reviews.The hotel is tired and old. The room is more or less on the second floor. Everything works. The dining room has a creepy look, old furniture, flies are scurrying around here and there. Food - you will not stay hungry. The hotel staff and friendly people are happy.Wi-Fi , no ,I bought a SIM card from the guide , for $ 20 ., room 242, cleaned every day
the place is quiet and peaceful. In general, I'm fine)))Maybe I'll come here again. It was not cleaned at first (smelly mountains of algae)the beach , but they complained and began to clean up.

Review of Neptunia Beach
Good day to all! We stayed at this hotel from June 30 to July 7, 2021. We had a great rest!!! Although we went to a nearby hotel, but it was not opened, because it is very large, and there were not so many people yet. But Neptunia is a very good hotel, attentive and helpful staff. The girls in the bar and in the restaurant are just smart, animator Habib paid attention not only to children, but also to everyone living in general, it was fun))))
By placement- 5!!! I didn't even expect it to be so cool!!! The room was overlooking the sea, cleaning was done every day!
Yes, there was no buffet for the first couple of days, but then everything got better, which was very pleasing! The food was delicious, but I thought there would be more fruits.
The pandemic has spoiled the situation a bit. The beach bar didn't work, but nothing, no one died of thirst))))
In general, I really liked everything!!!

A very good hotel, excellent food is very diverse, suitable for both adults and children. We were in it 2 times . A quiet, peaceful family vacation . The entrance to the sea is excellent, the sand is fine for children. There is a swimming pool with slides on site. It is always clean and cozy, the staff is friendly. Minus only the rooms , of course everything is old , but cleaning every day . I recommend it)))

A great hotel. An honest three races, which are even better than the other four. Good service, first line from the sea, gorgeous pool. The menu in the restaurant is good. Everything is included, beer, vodka, wines and cocktails were always available.

The hotel is 3 stars, but the level is Four, the food is good, there was not enough variety of fruits, maybe I got into the closing season and this is connected with it. Animation for three. The sea is nearby, the beach is clean, the sand is white and crisp. The territory is clean and well maintained.
