I really liked the hotel. Everything is clean and tidy. We had a rest in August, in building B, which is right on the seashore))) Meals for 4+, there is not much choice, but everything is very tasty. Cleaning in our room was a little lame, they promised to do it every other day, in fact, once every 3-4 days. There was a disadvantage for our friends who stayed in the main 8-storey building, the elevator did not work for several days, and several times during the vacation for 10 days. It wasn't very comfortable going up to the 8th or 7th floor, even going down several times a day. In general, the staff is friendly. I recommend the hotel. The locals outside the hotel, to put it mildly, are generally awesome, mostly women (sellers), constantly rude, name-calling, trying to be nice... You are everywhere and in everything. The service is so-so, questionable. By the way, there are no complaints about men. They behave as you allow them to. Another huge disadvantage is the garbage everywhere, the horror. Even at the sights. I was completely disappointed by the White Rocks, I have never seen such a dump for such money (((((((
The hotel is on fire, right on the shore, a large beach and a swimming pool, well fed, buffet, a quiet place without parties and discos for family holidays from the end of September, the price tag drops to a minimum, the border is near 500 rubles to the hotel, my wife and I rested from October 7-10, a room with mountain views,three-seater, with three one-time meals , buffet for three days 11700!!! I definitely recommend it, taxis on excursions at the hotel are cheaper! We went in six to O.Ritz for 6t (all day)
A wonderful hotel. It consists of three buildings and a cafe-bar on the coast. A large park with Plane trees and Cypresses. The staff is nice and friendly. I would like to mention Julia's hospitality. Who met us on arrival and escorted us to the room, and treated us to oriental coffee. Wonderful, without any frills, but very tasty food. And variously cooked.
Our room was on the mountain. (This is our wish) and we saw from the room how the sun rises from behind the mountains, and a little bit of the sea was also visible. We were lucky.. The same cannot be said about the people who lived in the next room on the right. They have a view of the wall of a new hotel under construction.
