We had a rest in Sukhum from September 20 to September 30. We lived in a hotel on Sadovaya, a 3-bed room on the 3rd floor with a balcony overlooking the roadway, which was very annoying, because cars start driving from 5 in the morning. The room has more than a Spartan atmosphere, there are no outlets, there is 1 outlet for three people! 2 chairs, 2 bedside tables, a writing table and 1 glass with a chart. The mattresses on the beds are terrible, the springs dig into the sides, there is nothing on top of the spring mattress except a sheet. In the bathroom, everything is at a minimum, there is not one extra hook, there is nowhere to put cleaning supplies. There was no cleaning or linen change in 10 days. There is 1 person working, Maya, she is at the reception, she is in the cafe and the rooms are preparing for check-in. All the time, they only listened to one thing from her, I was tired, I was at night, I was alone everywhere. The girls worked in the cafe only on weekdays, the breakfasts were monotonous, porridge and cheesecakes, scrambled eggs. At the weekend, Maya again with reservations that she is not obliged to do this. In general, I didn't like the hotel, I don't go there anymore and I don't recommend it to anyone! And so the rest in Sukhum is excellent, the sea was warm, the days were almost all sunny, everyone liked the trips.
During the holidays in Abkhazia and Sochi, we changed 4 hotels, and this one is the best in quality! The room is very clean, no foreign odors and dampness, fresh white bed, towels, hair dryer. There is a shared kettle and iron in the hallway, and a water cooler on the ground floor. There is a small cafe downstairs with an acceptable price tag and delicious food. Thanks to the hosts, I want to return to this hotel :)
A very atmospheric and soulful hotel. We are always ready to help. Clean, cozy. The furniture is new. New bedding, towels. Everything is snow-white. We took home-made wine: it just tasted fantastic. The aroma of real grapes. Shops, buses, the promenade and the city center are within walking distance. The hostess of the hotel is a wonderful woman. Real Caucasian hospitality.
