Only the location and the price are excellent, just above the hostel.
The number is dead. The service is very unobtrusive. Darned bed linen.
The reception is cordial, smiling, friendly. The guys are great, but they probably don't know how it should be. In short, you can describe it for a long time. I will tell you the main thing, will I go to Baku again? Yes. Will I check into this hotel? No. Will I recommend it to others? No
The main advantage of the hotel is its location. The old three-storey part of the city. Two steps to Fountain Square and the historical center. A quiet place.

There is no sound insulation in the hotel. You can't hear anything from the street - that's a plus. But the interior walls and the door seem to be made of cardboard. There is a decent gap between the floor and the door. At night, you constantly wake up from a slamming door on the floor, then from loud conversations, then from the sound of water in the next room, then from laughter and other things. The doors will close very noisily, with a bang, otherwise it will not lock. WI-fi is very unstable, it often disappeared. The furniture in the room is good, not tired. The bed is comfortable. BUT, dear owners, what about your carpet in the rooms? It's terrible, it's unrealistically dirty, it's scary to step on even in slippers, especially in disposable ones. It feels like the guests walked on it in shoes, puked, lived everything they had to. And this is true all over the floor.
