I stayed at the Cypress Hotel from August 29 to September 13, 2024. The hotel has a very convenient location, it takes 5 minutes to get to the sea with clean, spacious beaches, and there are many different cafes with reasonable prices and a wide variety of dishes for every taste and request. The well-maintained green territory of the hotel with benches and cozy gazebos in the shade. A beautiful hotel with clean, bright rooms that have everything you need for a comfortable stay, free Wi-Fi, and air conditioning in each room. Rooms are cleaned every day, bed linen is changed every three days, towels are changed every day. From the bottom of my heart, I want to thank Denise for the daily cleanliness in the rooms, for her kind word and smile, and the receptionist, Saida, for her warm welcome and responsiveness. I recommend the Kiparis hotel to anyone who dreams of a comfortable stay in a beautiful and hospitable place. I myself will definitely stay in this wonderful place again next year.

We have been at this hotel since the first of August 2024. We stayed at this hotel for the first time. The hotel is very good. Everything is clean, neat, beautiful, convenient. The staff are just handsome! Pleasant communication, they will always prompt or help if any question arises. Said's administrator 5++++ .... The room was wet cleaned every day, towels were changed every day, bed linen was changed every three days, maid Denise 5++++..... Our family is very happy. We were very worried about the fact that there were a lot of negative reviews, but fortunately, the worries were in vain. The hotel is very good. A very good location. I liked everything very much. Next year we will also stay at this hotel.

On the 2nd day we rest in this wonderful hotel! The territory of this hotel, it seems to me, is the most beautiful in the whole of Pitsunda, if we consider similar hotels. It's the best I've ever seen here! When choosing a place to relax, the most important thing for me was the condition, furnishings, repairs in the room (so that there was no "chicken coop"), a beautiful territory and there was no devastation in the circle (like there is beauty on the territory, but you don't want to go out the gate). Cypress meets all these parameters!!! Many thanks to the maids - while we were at the sea in the morning - they cleaned everything clean, took out the garbage both from us and from our relatives. Although we are only the 2nd day. The check-in was quick, no questions asked, dear administrator Sabina! (Natalia and Valery no longer work here). At the end of the rest, I will write a more detailed review in 7 days. We will not look for other hotels in this price segment. We won't find a better territory. The balcony opens onto the courtyard from the family 2-room room. And on the side of 2 standards. The remaining 2-bed standard balconies overlook the territory of the neighboring Anna Hotel.
