I liked the hotel very much, the spacious rooms, soft sofas, a large bed. We lived for six days, on the fourth day we changed the bed linen, towels were changed twice, beach towels were also changed. The balcony is generally a fairy tale)))gorgeous sun beds on a warm summer evening in the fresh air)))It was great!!! Wi-Fi always worked without interruption, we lived on the second floor, the water was also not turned off. The room has a refrigerator, hairdryer, kettle, two glasses and two tea mugs, a large plate and teaspoons. Shower gel and shampoo were given out only for the first two days, toilet paper was changed every day. The breakfasts are nutritious, healthy, and quite satisfying. Porridge, scrambled eggs or omelette, pancakes or fritters, cottage cheese, cheese, sausage. The fruits were mostly apples, oranges were rarely obtained. The staff at the hotel and in the dining room are friendly, the room is cleaned every day, very clean. A large area around the hotel, a large Parking lot. Another big bonus, we were settled almost two hours ahead of schedule, for which many thanks to the administrator!!!

Just yesterday we returned from a vacation at the Kiaraz Arena hotel. Overall, the hotel is nice, with spacious rooms and balconies. Excellent location, views, hotel grounds. But in order to keep up with the times and be attractive to tourists, the owners of the hotel need to review and finalize something. I will write what is missing, perhaps they will listen to my feedback and it will be much more pleasant to relax with you. Rooms: 1. Give keys to each guest of the room. 2. Refresh the repair in the SU (get rid of mold and rust), add towel hooks. 3. The rooms are spacious, but two huge armchairs are not needed there. Just a sofa is enough as an additional place. 4. But the wardrobe is very small! The hallway also lacks hooks on the wall. 5. It would be nice if there would be a bottle of water in the room for guests and a minimum set of dishes (plates, forks, knives). 6. The breakfasts Are very monotonous! There are not enough vegetables, sometimes you can change the glaze for boiled eggs. Every day, sausage and cheese of the same type (low quality) can be varied at least with sausages or ham. Jams and honey can be served with butter. 7. Add benches in the yard.

We rested here from 06/20/27/24. The hotel is clean, bright, cozy, with modern renovation. The room is spacious. There is a kettle, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, folding clothes dryer, free wi-fi. It's enough to look through the news, lay out the rils. A separate love is a large balcony. There were two sun beds, a table, a dryer and it was still spacious. And what kind of views do you have? The room is cleaned every day. But the change of linen is every 5 days. It should be. They haven't changed it for us in a week. So are the towels. Although we reminded you about it the day before. They did not go to find out, because they were already leaving a day later. The staff itself is friendly and hospitable. There are interruptions with water (throughout the city), but the hotel carefully provides 5L bottles of water on the floor. There is a laundry service for an additional fee.a fee, and on the 1st floor you can iron things. But we've never used it, I can't estimate it. The breakfasts are delicious. Although there is not much choice, there is something new every day. There is also tea, milk, coffee, including custard. The truth is "brewed" simply with boiling water. But in my opinion, it's still a huge plus. The location of the hotel is excellent, it is located right next to the famous relic grove! There are many cafes, canteens, shops, a pharmacy nearby. The nearest beach is 10 minutes along the alley. To the main embankment (sculpture of the Divers) half an hour along the sea along the beach. Of course, it will be even faster down the alley. In general, except for the change of linen, I liked everything very much, we were satisfied. Thanks to the hotel staff.
