A month before check-in, we booked 5 rooms here for our group of 9 people.
We received confirmation from the site, wrote off to whatsapp in a couple of days - everything is OK.
We arrive in the evening on the day of check-in and are told that somehow our reservation has only 1 room for 2 people and that's it.
There are no rooms available, there is no responsible person either, the arrows are being turned.
They gave us some rooms so that we could look for other accommodation options and did not even apologize!
A terrible place that looks like a hotel, but in fact has no professional attitude to its business.
P.s
Besides us, there were several other groups who were also left without rooms just on the street.
I do not recommend this "hotel" to anyone

A gorgeous hotel! Everything is there. Everything is clean and tidy. There is a souvenir shop at the hotel. Breakfast with access to the balcony and mountain view 🔥🔥🔥 The restaurant, which is located at the hotel (in a separate building), is also gorgeous. I recommend it to everyone! I really liked it, I would come back here again. Thanks for the good service!

We made a group booking through the website for more than 4 weeks - we sent a confirmation by mail, a couple of days before check-in, we clarified that everything was fine with our armor.
Finally:
We arrive tired from the road in the evening and are told that out of 5 rooms for 9 people, we have only 1 room for 2 people in our reservation.
They took a long time to figure it out and said they didn't know anything.
At 9 p.m., we were forced to look for a place to live with all the options.
P.s.
There were other groups who could not settle in.
It feels like the hotel is cooperating with a large travel company and just cancelled our less important reservations at their request.
I do not recommend this hotel for your travels. You can just stay outside.

The photo shows the view from the balcony. A very good 3+ star (by real European standards) hotel. Packed with groups from Europe, Israel, the staff speaks English. The best hotel in Kyrgyzstan where we stayed. The breakfast is a very varied buffet. I recommend.

I was passing through at the end of February. We stopped by at night to spend the night, or rather in the morning. In general, it's not bad. But it was cool, the balcony was not completely closed. I recommend that you finish the flaws and it will be better. Unfortunately, the photo could not be taken. We were in a hurry in the morning, we had to go to Bishkek
