A small hotel in the old part of the city, clean, freshly renovated, the room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, skylights on the 3rd floor, very bright, a terrace on the roof, in the evening you can sit and look at the city and the sights, although the historical buildings are in disrepair and ruin, but it gives authenticity and its own the special feature is that the administrator (most likely the owner) is very responsible and hospitable, he will tell you at the beginning where you can eat nearby, where to go, in fact everything is within walking distance

If you don't expect 3⭐️ level 5⭐️ from the hotel, then I assure you, you will enjoy everything. Very tasty food, real meat/fish/poultry, lots of vegetables, delicious treats. You can always find something that you haven't tried yet. The hotel has pleasant background music, and the staff is very polite and helpful. The room is clean, cleaned every day, and with high quality. If you come to Marmaris out of season and you need a budget hotel, feel free to choose Halici. This is the best parking lot in the city.

Friendly staff, location in the center, which allows you to walk to the main attractions and enjoy a walk.
The food is varied and delicious, and you shouldn't expect any frills.
High-quality alcohol (crayfish, beer, wine).
The rooms are beautiful, clean and new. The plumbing is excellent.
