An excellent hotel for tourists arriving in Tbilisi, an ideal location near the entire old town , everything is within walking distance, transport and metro nearby.
Responsive staff, all conditions for a comfortable stay (hot /cold water) , refrigerator , air conditioning , balcony with city views and cleanliness in the newly renovated room.
The breakfasts are very convenient in time and delicious , everything is homemade and natural.

The "luxury" room is 80 euros per night. The towels are torn, the surroundings are rusty... Walking up the narrow spiral staircase from which we fell on the very first night with injuries. Rust, stink and rudeness of the staff.... NO!

It's a bad hotel, I don't recommend it. We stayed for 6 nights. Upon entering the room, it turned out that there was no kettle in the room, (they provided it immediately upon request, but the fact itself)the hair dryer does not work, the refrigerator does not work, the air conditioner cracks so that it is impossible to sleep (as it turned out, it works on ventilation) My request to provide another refrigerator was answered: "Did you include it in the network? " and you can also use the refrigerator on the minus 1st floor (from the 3rd floor it is very difficult to walk up the spiral staircase all the time to the minus first floor) The refrigerator could not be repaired and when I contacted the hotel administration again, we were still provided with another refrigerator. The lamps (sconces) on the walls were not lit from the lighting, as a result, there was very little light in the room, it was impossible to read anything without straining your eyes. The hair dryer was never fixed, but it didn't matter to us. There was a veranda at the bottom of the hotel where the administration gathered and smoked constantly, as a result of which all the smoke rose up and we breathed it in the morning and at night when we were in the room. The hostess of the hotel is a very aggressive lady, she always started screaming right away, and to one girl who fell ill and could not even go downstairs for medicines, the hotel administration did not let her friends in, who came to visit and help, but allowed only 1 person to go to the room. The audibility is very strong.
Tourists who stay at this hotel are unlikely to be able to relax.

The best place to ruin your trip experience. Everything is loose, creaking, the entrance locks are not working, conversations on the ground floor can be heard on all floors. As a bonus, they did not refund the money for the days of stay, which they refused after several hours in this institution.

Good location, friendly staff, delicious breakfasts. Unfortunately, the advantages end there… The murdered room, beds and plumbing once knew better days, but now it is definitely not worth the money that is being asked for it.
