The hotel is located near Yerevan. There is a taxi to and from the city, which is quite affordable, however.
The receptionists are remarkably courteous.
We arrived early in the morning, and we were settled in with the children without any problems, leaving the solution of payment issues for later, when we get enough sleep.)
What's good:
Clean, tidy, the room is two-level, it's cool. The room has two small refrigerators, a TV, a kitchenette.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
Two pools, cold indoor and warm outdoor.
The second one, open, illuminated at night, creates a feeling of space, especially when the starry sky is overhead))
There is a sauna and a hammam.
Which of the disadvantages?
There are ants in the room. Small ones. Not cockroaches, of course, but it's still not pleasant. Flies in the restaurant area are also not very good.
The breakfasts are simple and of the same type.
The hammam emits steam continuously, as if the supply is unregulated, plus the smell.
Climbing up the stairs from the sauna to the pools is an adventure for yourself. Smooth steps and water turn the steps into a skating rink. I fell, and so did my son. And despite the request to lay at least something to make the stairs safer, of course they did nothing.
Collectively, restrained impressions.
We drove according to reviews that we had read. Externally, the building is excellent. The lobby and the staff meeting are the same. We chose a hotel away from the city, but with the convenience of staying with children - the presence of a swimming pool and a hammam. It takes 15 minutes to get to Yerevan by taxi, for money from 300 to 600 rubles by taxi. Depends on the time only.
Everything would have been fine in the two-storey room if it hadn't been for the refrigerator with a frozen freezer and the fact that ants were found on the second day of our stay. It really ruined the picture. I don't know what their invasion is connected with: with an open ceiling and a view of the floor of the second floor, or just the carelessness of previous tenants. But the number of ants suggests that the second fact has nothing to do with it. They just live there somewhere. Okay, we were rarely in the room, we survived.
The pools are good and spacious. Not deep - comfort for children. But this is also a setup: There was always something going on with the hammam downstairs. It was too cool, one injection in 10 minutes, then it worked with minute-by-minute injections and it was impossible to stay in it. In the dry sauna, those who wanted a hammam, but did not get it, apparently came off: they poured water on the stones. The sauna is not designed for this, of course, so the floor was covered with a huge puddle of water stretching to the shower, cold and dangerous.
Breakfast is also not easy, apparently everything is from the cook. One day a gorgeous omelet, then some kind of dry trash. There was never any milk porridge. But I would like to. There were enough children. Pizza was generally superfluous - the product cools down quickly, so its charms are not enough for the whole breakfast. It stands and dries. In short, the feeling that care has been lost. Politeness is also a strict adherence to some principles. But there is no concern for the guests.
Great hotel! Swimming pool, hammam, sauna - super! Upon arrival at the entrance, the staff immediately told and showed what is where and how it is arranged. The room is comfortable and cozy. The hotel itself is also very stylish and beautiful. The only negative that concerns the delivery of food to the room, we ordered one assorted pizza, but 2 of them were brought to us)))) We repeated several times to the girl that we did not order a second one, to which she initially smiled silently, then apologized) We felt sorry for her and we said OK, let it be. But I would not like that when you order one pizza, you have to pay for two....And they carried food for a long time
A nice and quiet place for a family vacation. The kitchen is delicious, there is a baskin, the air conditioners are working, a sauna, a hammam. What else do you need to relax? From the center 15min by taxi. And what kind of evenings, the chicardos, the evening daily wind and the silence from the city are just gorgeous. I sat on the balcony until 2-3 a.m. and just chatted. I recommend it for a family vacation. If you want to go to the city, you want to go by the pool, everything is there and everything is fine!!! Well done
The most beautiful swimming pool that is heated (in the open air), as well as there is an indoor pool that is just icy (for fans of cold water) affordable prices for food and drinks, and the entrance to the pool itself is inexpensive (you can come not stay at the hotel, but spend the day in the pool) Definitely 5⭐
It was our favorite hotel in Armenia, but it got much worse over the year. Breakfast got worse. Disposable cups for breakfast. Last year there was excellent coffee from a good coffee machine, this year this coffee machine was moved somewhere, they began to make it from another, worse one. Rumervis tried to persuade me to bring a bottle opener to the room, but he couldn't, they said that it should be in the room (it's not there)
Great place, we are staying for the second time. The first time we took a room with a Jacuzzi, it's fun to indulge once. There is always water. There is an indoor heated swimming pool. There is a sauna, a hammam, billiards, table hockey - all this can be used. The breakfasts are quite hearty, you can choose what to eat. The territory is quite large and pretty.
Of the cons: Room cleaning leaves much to be desired, despite the fact that the hotel looks old, it can be kept clean at a higher level
Among the advantages: There are relatively many activities for vacationers, such as a SPA, swimming pool, billiards, sauna, hammam.
We paid 23,000 drams per day
Clean, cozy. Condey for heat, did not give out more than 25 degrees(. A part of the board at the countertop was broken off (sharp edges). Room cleaning every day. Expensive breakfasts-2500dram per person per day. The restaurant's menu is very poor...The hamam is great, the sauna too. The pool, though large, is not deep. You can't really swim. I am pleased with the presence of billiards, air hockey and a gym.
A great hotel!
Large rooms with high ceilings and large windows!
A large area!
But:
The breakfasts are modest, not Caucasian))))
The bar is modest, dear.
Far from the airport (((
The fan on the hood was buzzing strongly in the shower (((
TV did not show all channels clearly(((
Despite the disadvantages, worse people have lived in Armenia for four days, so probably either they were unlucky with the choice of an overnight stay or it is so in Armenia.
A good hotel with great, but, alas, ruined potential. The deluxe family room is excellent, albeit with flaws. There was mold in some places (The furniture is ok, pretty nice. The sockets are old and uncomfortable (charging from the laptop falls out of them). The pool is very decent! Sauna and hammam too. In general, there is something in the design of all this - some kind of reflection of antiquity with a slight bias towards "expensive-rich". But the tiniest thing is this service and restaurant. Even in an empty room, everything is VERY, VERY long and "fuck off." One waitress is least interested in your service. One day we ordered khachapuri in advance and waited, after 1 HOUR she came and said that there would be no khachapuri. There are mountains of dirty dishes with leftovers everywhere in the hall - everything is in front of your eyes. It is impossible to eat on the street - local cats stick and eat right off the table. It is especially funny that when the visitors leave, of COURSE, no one cleans up the leftovers, the cats arrange a feast.
Room with a large bed, sofa, coffee table (large), small refrigerator, kettle, safe, chair, TV, shower. There are bathrobes, slippers, etc. Daily cleaning, with replacement of towels. Breakfast buffet (for every taste). The staff is very attentive and helpful. The pool is large with different depths.

We booked a room for 2 adults and a teenager of 15 years old.Upon arrival, we were greeted perfectly at the reception, provided with a 2-storey room. The beds are gorgeous, the mattresses are soft, on the ground floor there is a kitchenette and a seating area. The room is very clean and fresh, the furniture is brand new-the linen is snow-white.We had reservations for breakfast and dinner, the food was very tasty and varied.I recommend this hotel to families with children and couples in love. The territory is large and very beautiful. If possible, we will come here again.thank you very much!!!
We ordered a family room, upon check-in it turned out that there were problems with water, which I can't believe, because the next day other people were settled there, moved to a standard room with a balcony, proved that this was a room of a higher class. There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, they asked to see what was wrong, filled the bathroom with air freshener "solved the problem", on day 3 at night I found woodlice in the same bathroom, during the day they spread under the door jamb. Mold on the walls. You can only put a star for the staff, we tried to help as much as possible. The food has not changed all week, it is always the same for breakfast, the choice is small. The cafe at the restaurant is good, the food is delicious. The pools are clean, and there is often a DJ with music outdoors.
I really liked the hotel. Colorful rooms in the national style. The room is clean and has everything you need. There is a swimming pool. The service is on the level.
Nice hotel! The breakfasts are average. During the days of stay, there was a strong wind and a draft in the hotel made a lot of noise. The pool is pleasing. In general, it's fine
Everything was fine until the refrigerator was opened and a bottle of beer fell out, which broke on the tile and had to be paid for. The bottom of the refrigerator is not flat, everything is at an angle.

It's cold in May. There is no heating. You can only stay in a fleece inside the room. At night and in the morning, even under the blanket, everyone froze.
The furniture is packed.
Plus for parking a nice one in the garden. Plus for the pool. Minus for smoking in the indoor pool.
The location is clear enough. You can only come by car. Far from the city on the highway.
Good afternoon!I don't know exactly where to start the story!!!We booked the Kavkaz Hotel with excellent reviews from 17.09-19.09!!!Arriving at the hotel, we were completely disappointed. We booked a family suite, worth 83,000 AMD.It is not clear what they got: in the lobby on the ceiling, the rooms were not cleaned, dirty, there were no towels, there were no bathrobes and slippers, there was no bottled water, the food of the previous tenants remained in the refrigerator, apparently they ran away and forgot the food, instead of two heated pools there was one and terribly cold, the view that is shown in the photo there is a complete discrepancy, from the window there is a view
of the wall, and in the second room there is a view of the construction site and landfill. In principle, we booked it because of the pool. When we decided to move out and asked the hotel administrator, an incomprehensible person without a badge came out to us and at first refused to return at all, and then he made a concession and returned only part of the money, namely, he was fined 8000!!!I DO NOT RECOMMEND CHECKING INTO THIS HOTEL👎👎👎👎👎
A wonderful hotel. Worthy. We lived in a two-storey room. Everything is available, clean. The restaurant has a good menu, choice and delicious. Both the hotel and the territory are decorated and decorated with greenery, beautiful, colorful, spacious.
Of course, there are a lot of things that can be fixed, cleaned ... it's bad that there is no elevator to the 4th floor…
And due to the fault of the reception staff, there was a misunderstanding, but they did not even apologize…
We booked the hotel through Booking. The room turned out to be completely different from the photo. The Booking says that the family suite is 54m2, in fact 3 times smaller. At the reception, they throw up their hands and say they don't know what's on the Booking.
The rooms are not cleaned until you remind them yourself. The doors to the room are very thin with a gap under the door itself, as usual in interior rooms, which is why you can hear everything that happens in the corridor. You will have to wake up earlier in the morning than you would like :) The reception staff is very slow, the employee counted the money for the room 3 times and all 3 times incorrectly :) The hotel is located near the highway, which is why there is a lot of noise from the road when the windows are open.
We were there with friends, everyone was happy, the place is super simple, the room is very clean and cozy, the staff is all very friendly, especially the girl at the reception named Anahit, thank her very much for such a warm welcome, I will return there again and again!
Nice pools. Large. Various casts. But there is a huge queue at the reception, there are no towels, there are no flip-flops even for rent, the pools themselves start working with a delay of 1 hour, the lock is broken in the men's locker room toilet. You can do better.
The hotel is great. There were some shortcomings, but the staff solved them. Well, you need to keep track of prices and receipts from restaurants.
But the rooms are beautiful, clean, the pool and the garden with apricots are good. I definitely liked this place.
(and Maria is a good administrator, she can quickly solve all organizational issues and if something does not work, or the maid forgets to come, etc.)
We spent a couple of days in September 2019, really liked the rooms (overlooking Ararat), the pool. A normal kitchen. Convenient location for traveling motorists.
Nice rooms. Decent service. Certainly not 5 stars, as they position it. But for that money...
two pools.one is outside, the other is indoors. Both are heated. A large area.
And, most importantly, there are four restaurants on site. The food is excellent.
