I really liked the hotel! Top location! It also looks much cooler from the outside than all other hotels and buildings nearby. I had a great view of the port from the second floor, but I had to pay for such a view on very noisy evenings (I sleep in earplugs, it doesn't matter to me).
A cozy room and good cleaning every day (they even left flowers for me, beautifully decorated). Decent, hearty breakfasts. A nice pool where you can always go to refresh yourself or sunbathe.
The only drawback is the lack of lunch and dinner buffets (in the past, according to reviews, I realized they were). They have a restaurant nearby (guverte), but as of June 2023 there are such cosmic prices (even taking into account discounts for hotel guests of 10%)...For example, sea bass for 1600 rubles - I do not even know, for every day.....

We came here for the second time, the first time we were in 2020 at the height of the pandemic, there were very few people, the staff tried their best for their guests. We had a breakfast-dinner meal system, the choice was great, especially for dinner! Now everything has radically changed for the worse! We came with a child, but even an adult has nothing to eat at breakfast! Eggs of all kinds, olives and cheese, some fruits. That's it!!! They bought porridge themselves and brewed it with boiling water to feed the child. Turkey has become very expensive, the prices are cosmic, everywhere they strive to rip off three skins from tourists!!! There is a 100 lira sunbed on the beach, 1 umbrella for 2 sun beds, we made a scandal that we want to take 2 sun beds for 4 people, and we come with a baby for a maximum of 2 hours!!! It's just awful!!!!

One of the favorite hotels in Alanya! You can pay extra for one view from the rooms) I always stay and am satisfied with the hotel and the service! But the presence of a swimming pool and a sunbathing area in this place just put this hotel in the top)

The hotel is not bad, but definitely the worst one we've been to.
The location is a plus, otherwise everything is inferior to the average 4.
We took a Standard room on an island with a beautiful view, got a promo for the fence)) When trying to clarify the situation, they said that it was because the Island was to blame. It's a shame, especially that the administrator was rude and didn't help jinx the situation. Well, okay, happiness is not in the room and the hotel)

Excellent business hotel. The location is gorgeous. The staff is very friendly. There is everything for a good time: kettle,coffee,tea, safe. And yes, honey is really in sets at breakfast

Disgusting hotel, no service. We stayed there for about two hours, it was impossible to stay any longer. We booked a room with a sea view (specially paid extra), when we arrived - we were put in the basement, while there is no question that they are wrong on their part. They don't have any other numbers, period. It is unclear how we are to blame for this. They did not offer any compensation, they did not even apologize

The hotel is not big, but very cozy.
The buffet food is of very high quality and variety.
For comparison, the 5-star Long Beach Spa Resort hotel is far from the quality of the buffet of the Kaptan hotel and you also have dinner on the 2nd floor with a stunning view of the night bay
