I liked the hotel. Very clean and cozy, we stopped at my hotel and the hotel made a comment in the form of a birthday cake)) the Swedish breakfasts are gorgeous, varied and delicious, friendly girls at the reception will help with all questions)) everyone is smiling, the atmosphere is festive) the view from the window to the Marina) to the skyscrapers)) in the morning you open your eyes, and everything is moving outside the window)) the metro is nearby, shops and Corenfur with good prices, cafes.
I liked everything) They justify their 5 stars 🙏

The hotel itself and the staff are super+. The breakfasts are very varied and delicious. The blula themselves, in addition to breakfast, cook delicious and in the Russian manner. There is a subway nearby, several grocery stores. Small cafes. Everything else is a bit far away. Dubai Marina is a 20-minute taxi ride away. The Malls are also 20-25 minutes away by taxi. In general, there is nothing special around the super hotel, except grocery stores and hotels.

Great hotel. I will leave the pros and cons below (relative to other hotels in Dubai).
We were there on business.
Of the advantages:
💫Clean, well-cleaned rooms.
The room has everything and even more (ironing board and iron, napkins everywhere, lots of drawers for things).
Delicious, varied breakfasts. Super, I would say. There were Chinese baodzi buns, I ate them in China. They 're just as delicious here 😋
💫 it takes 10 minutes to walk to the metro and you can quickly get to the center. As well as in the other direction before the expo.
💫 there are many cafes, restaurants and a Carrefour grocery store nearby
The gym is spacious.
The equipment is small and not new. But everything you need is there. Spacious and bright.
💫 🏊♀️ a warm pool (I will add a plus, since we were in January-February and for me the water in the sea is cold and I know hotels where the water is also not very warm).
The only disadvantage of the pool is that it is so located that there is shade all the time and there is never any sun. Maybe it will be a plus for the hot season 😅
Of the cons: (conditionally)

I saw different rooms in the photo, we had a modern one (I'll add a photo).
Very polite staff, many thanks to Marie front office (at the reception).
I couldn't find the gym on the first day. And she walked me to the right floor.
And on other days, she always explained how to get through in good, understandable English.

A wonderful city hotel. Free shuttle service to the malls and to the gorgeous beach on schedule. An unrealistically delicious dinner at a Chinese restaurant. The pool and Jacuzzi, gym are all on the level

In general, the hotel did not meet expectations, everything is very pompous from the entrance, gold, burgundy colors. The room is normal, everything is fine. We lived on the 15th floor with a view between the buildings. There is no balcony. On the 18th floor there is an open-air swimming pool, not the first freshness, in principle, norms. The breakfast is modest by choice, but you will not stay hungry. The breakfast restaurant itself is very "tired", not fresh walls, sad staff. Opposite the hotel (across the street)some kind of dump / construction site. There is a metro nearby, if you do not plan to take a taxi. So if you can spend the night 1-2 nights, but for a long stop, I would not consider it.

Guys, out of 5 stars, they forgot to remove 4 arrivals here. The experience is so-so. I can just describe the experience of my apartments: they rented two local for 8 days for $ 3,000, on the second day they wanted to move out, to which the booking said: guys, move out, but without a refund. It all started with a leak in the toilet, we called the service, they came and just blocked the toilet for 4 days (high? The solution to the problem is at the level!), the second room stank of sewage on the 5th day of stay, they called (they came, sprayed fresheners and velkom), cleaning for 8 nights was 5 times. On the 10th floor, you can hear a disco on the ground floor.. the rooms are old, and the hotel is old. Therefore, I sincerely recommend that those who read the review, go to the Marina better (pay a little extra, but the view is better, it's better to take a walk, but not here, since you always have to leave for the same, since there is NO word nearby! I did not write a biased review, but just what I experienced from staying at this hotel)

I liked the hotel, one word five stars, like in Hollywood movies, you drive up, the porter takes the keys from your car, they will put it in the parking lot themselves, your suitcases are already being unloaded, and you are settling in as a white man))). Not a bad hotel. It's not new anymore. The pool on the 18th floor is almost always in the shade, as it is sandwiched between two towers. Near the metro. Rooms are cleaned every day.

Attentive staff, good breakfasts.The pool on the 18th floor is small, we have never been in it, we rested on the sea.There is a shuttle service from the hotel to two beaches JBR and La Mer.From the hotel there are transfers to the Dubai Mall and Emirates Mall shopping centers. Convenient location of the hotel to the Marina area 5 minutes by taxi.Nearby is a 7-minute walk to the metro station. However, it is not written anywhere that they take a dipazit of 1000 dirhams.
