We had a rest in July 2024. The hotel is old. They settle in, however, immediately. Sincere Russian-speaking girls work at the reception, they will tell you everything and prompt you. Room cleaning and replenishment of the mini-bar are daily. The mini-bar is free of charge. Turks, Germans, British and a little Dutch, Poles, Czechs, Russians, etc. rest here. Animators are lazy and don't speak Russian. Evening performances are not every day, mostly cheap artists, as can be seen from torn tights and not quite fresh clothes. The beach is small, the umbrella is portable, you need to stick it in the sand and open it yourself. Near the shore, the bottom is good, away at the bottom there are huge boulders that can sometimes be touched by hand when swimming. If you swim further away, then the bottom is clean, sandy. There is a pier. There are volleyball stands and a net on the beach, but no one is playing - the sand is very hot, and no one is preparing the playground, so there are no people who want to play. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but with a Turkish accent. There are water slides, but if you take a sip of water at the entrance to the pool, you can catch rotavirus, since there are a lot of children in the pool, and some parents bathe babies even in diapers. The other pool is less dangerous, although there are enough children there. A free bus runs from the hotel to the city center, takes you back after a certain time, there is a schedule in each room. There are also several shops nearby where things are cheaper than in the city center. On Thursdays, there is a market nearby (turn left from the hotel and walk without turning 800 meters), mainly a grocery store, but there are also small things.

In my opinion, not a bad budget five. The food is quite varied, but without frills. You will definitely not stay hungry. Desserts are good, for the most part. According to the "ultra all inclusive" system, alcohol is imported. For example: Johnny Walker Red Label whiskey, Captain Morgan rum, etc. Coffee beans in the lobby bar.
The territory is not large, but clean and well maintained. The beach is sandy. The very entrance to the sea, small pebbles. There is a large one in the water and further stones. There is a pier. You can enter from it. The staff, for the most part, is friendly. I didn't meet any negativity. Animators arrange various entertainments: darts, lottery, volleyball on the beach. They arrange entertainment for children. Every evening there is either a performance or a disco in the amphitheater. Except Sunday. However, everything ends at 23:00. If you buy WiFi in the hotel, it will work throughout the territory and even on the beach. Anyway, he worked for me.
There are transport stops and shops near the hotel. The popular Migras is literally across the street.

I liked the hotel, we rested on May holidays. The service is a solid five, there are also no complaints about food, cuisine of every taste, a lot of everything, but without frills, drinks (beer / wine/cocktails) also without complaints. The rooms are spacious, not too shabby, we had a sea view, also a plus. We checked the time usefully, participated in animation, visited the gym, flopped on aqua slides, and of course the sailor, the private beach from the hotel across the street also solves a lot. My recommendation.

I had a rest on October 24. The rest was excellent. The excellent location of the hotel (not far from the center), the hotel has its own free bus to the center, which runs according to schedule, but the city transport runs perfectly. A good hotel, excellent staff, everything you need for a holiday is there. Private sandy beach with sun loungers and an umbrella, a wonderful bar-restaurant on the beach. As for the food, everything is in abundance....fresh and stewed vegetables, fish, meat, chicken, turkey, various snacks, desserts, fruits. I recommend it!!!

The buffet is large and varied, there is free Wi-Fi in the lobby bar, you can connect Wi-Fi paid to the room, check the price at the reception.
Most of the people are Germans, Poles, and Russians, the rooms are comfortable, the mini-bar is free daily, the sea is nearby, 1-2 minutes from the hotel, through an underpass, there is also a free bar on the beach, the entry into the water is not sharp, there is a pier.
I liked everything very much! Of course, there is nothing to compare this with our first hotel in Turkey, but the first impressions were good, there are a couple of disadvantages, but they close with huge amounts of advantages, I would like to return here again.

The most wonderful hotel, that's the most wonderful! No, well, we've been in the top five and cooler (in terms of interiors, feeding and territory), but!!! here: 1) perfect price / quality ratio; 2) the food is delicious and there are not even hints of poisoning and other stale things 3) wine, beer, alcohol, ice cream - everything is more than ok 4) the beach is a minute walk from the pool via an underground passage, there are plenty of sun beds both near the pool and on the beach 5) food from 7 am until 2 am 6) rooftop bar: views of Alanya at night and the fortress are beautiful, cocktails too 7) animation is present along with aquajim (but we were lazy) 8) slides of 3 pieces (we rolled in a week from the bottom of our hearts) 9) beautiful sea: clean, warm, bounced on the waves. There is sand and some pebbles on the beach, there is a pier, they write there are plates somewhere- but we flopped quietly to the left of the pier, we did not see the plates 10) there is a wonderful bar in the lobby and on the beach, by the pool too, and they also make delicious tortillas and there is a cold ayran 11) a good sauna and a very decent hammam (I'm an amateur, I checked it out) 12) free transfer to the center of Alanya! Well, the most important advantage is: this is a wonderful hotel staff: everyone is very friendly, smiling, they treat guests like small children and are very helpful! I don't even remember such an attitude in the top five! Wonderful Maria at the reception is a very sensitive girl, she will always come to the rescue and tell you! We arrived early, we were immediately sent for breakfast and checked in, without waiting for the prescribed three hours, we left after 14 - before the transfer, we could use the entire infrastructure of the hotel and eat, although we sat in the cool fives for 4 hours waiting for check-in and after check-out, except they allowed us to use the toilet. The rooms were cleaned daily. The hotel is very clean. The only thing that may not be very convenient is trips on group excursions towards Antalya: they are almost the first to be picked up, they are the last to be unloaded, next time we will solve with individual excursions, spend 2 hours circling around Konakli hotels collecting tourists, then dropping them off- that's for yourself. But this is a question for the tour operator, why it is impossible to collect tourists by minibuses. I highly recommend the hotel!

Everything is beautiful in the pictures, but in fact it is a little different. Cons - far from the airport, we drove 3.5 hours; The food is monotonous every day. The animation is "suffering". The biggest disadvantage is the beach, it's dirty, there's a lot of garbage, there were 6 days there and all 6 days someone's panties were lying on the beach. All umbrellas and sun beds are old. In the sea, as soon as you enter very huge boulders up to your waist, you can break your legs. The hotel itself is a bit old, the facade can be seen that it has not been updated at all. The rooms have old furniture. Old plumbing equipment. This is definitely not a 5-star hotel.
Among the advantages - the sea is 2 minutes away, children's slides, good pools. The food is delicious, but it's a pity that it's monotonous.

This is the first time in my life I've seen this. At night it is a torment, despite the fact that it is not possible to open the windows due to the location of the hotel in the city at the intersection. The service is 5+. The staff is 5+. Kitchen-3: the same thing, often cold dishes, a lot of salads, but almost no delicious ones were found. Seafood and fish are extremely scarce, and what was offered was not edible. Fruit is very bad. Budget 5*, a 5-minute drive from the center of Alanya. The hotel itself is not big, which is a plus for me. The food is monotonous, without frills, no seafood, not counting fish of the same variety for 2 weeks of rest. But you won't stay hungry. There was always chicken, beef, sometimes lamb, grilled liver, cutlets, kebabs. In general, there is a lot to choose from. Economy rooms are another plus from my point of view. They are large, with a balcony, and three full beds. For families with children, especially adults, this is definitely a great option, and not these a la side-mounted clamshells. The hotel is designed for Europeans, of whom there really is a majority. In the library, if you suddenly want to read, you will not find anything in Russian. This, in my opinion, speaks about the attitude towards tourists from different countries. In addition, I did not notice any discrimination during my vacation. Except that at the sight of foreigners, Turks smile with all their 32 false teeth. Now about the cons. The first disadvantage is the paid Internet. For 5*, this is not acceptable, I think. The second is the beach. This is the first time I've seen this in 6 times that I've been on vacation in Turkey. The beach is dirty, cans, bottles, cups, cigarette butts . It is not clear why the employees are so poorly maintained, and do they not receive comments about this. Umbrellas absolutely do not protect from the sun, they are quite shabby, but try to install it again, you need to make titanic efforts to stick it in the sand, by the way, it is imported, because the bottom in Alanya is slabs. So, when setting up an umbrella, you will definitely run into this very slab, and accordingly, at the slightest fluctuation of the wind, the umbrella will fall on you. The entrance to the sea is gentle, pebbles. There is a slab at the bottom not far from the shore , you need to be careful not to hurt your feet. There is a pier from which you can jump into the sea.
In general, I can recommend the hotel, if we had taken into account the shortcomings, I would have returned again

We had a rest with my husband from 09/23/2024 to 03.10.2024. Among the advantages - towels, including beach towels, are changed every day; freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning; lemonade in the lobby; the opportunity to have a snack on the beach and by the pools. Cons- on the 3rd day, a huge cockroach was found in the room (they were refused when asked to change the room); the food was not tasty (overcooked and over-salted meat, cutlets), desserts of the same type; I do not advise a la carte at all, we tried 3 dishes (soup-burda, fish - three over-salted slices of salmon , salad- green salad , sliced tomatoes and cucumbers , green and red onions, fresh carrots cut into large circles and beetroot quarters. The salad itself is seasoned with pomegranate sauce. A strange combination of products. they did not wait for the rest of the dishes and left. The view of the mountains is accompanied by noise from the road, it is not possible to fall asleep with the balcony door open. In non-smoking rooms, they smoke on the balconies (you can't find fault) and all the tobacco smoke appears in nearby rooms. There were Germans living next to our room who smoked even at night. I had to close the door. It is also impossible to leave the air conditioner overnight, since it smelled terribly of mold when it was working.
Where the laudatory reviews come from is anyone's guess. I definitely do not recommend it!!!

We had a vacation with our family in October 2024. The hotel is not bad, but it does not pull in the declared 5 stars. We just have something to compare it with . The service is on a solid 4 in everything absolutely!!! Yes, everyone is smiling and polite , but the service does not reach 5 ki . There are many nuances - elevators often break down and do not work , they forget to periodically change beach towels . The animation is not thought out in time - in the heat by the pool . There are slides, but they are mostly for adults, more like an amateur. There is very little entertainment for children, although there is a mini club! It's open as it should be on time, but there's not much to do there. And there are not many children . In the evening there is a mini disco, but also weakly, although the animators are trying!Evening programs at the level of 2010, you can watch, but not for long. the only thing that made me very happy was the sea and the beach . Everything is fine there: the sand and the sea created by nature. Another disadvantage of the service: I ordered an individual transfer from the hotel to the airport , the reception was frankly deceived for vip money , they provided an ordinary Renault car (sedan ) it was not comfortable to drive 2 hours to Antalya . We had a check-out at 5 a.m. there was not much time for the trial , we had to go on what we have . Apparently , this was the calculation . Although when I ordered from the airport to the hotel, they ordered a good minivan for the same money of 85 euros. Everything apparently depends on the specific person working at the reception on that day. The food in the main restaurant is monotonous and not particularly tasty. Lots of French fries and fried ones in general . There is a minimum of healthy food . Fruits are generally made of iron . Mostly apples , pears and plums . And also unripe tangerines and grapes. Watermelons were only there at the beginning of our arrival , then they disappeared . The only plus was freshly squeezed tangerine juice in the morning.The rest of the juices are not very good and of high quality (local to their apparatus and boxes) ((If you like to eat right, then there will be very few dishes for you there.Animation for the declared level of the hotel is, in my opinion, rather weak. Apparently I have something to compare it with . There is practically nothing for children . And there are also a lot of elderly and disabled people . I have nothing against it in any case. Just by the way , I had to , so when choosing a hotel , think about it . In my opinion, there are a lot of them there, it seemed that the hotel was aimed specifically at this category of vacationers. If I had read about it in the reviews, I would hardly have chosen this hotel. We will definitely not go to this hotel a second time .

Much has already been said, the overall score is -5. I admit, on the first day I wrote to the travel agent about changing the hotel, but then I tried it and had a full rest!
It was overshadowed at first by the fact that there is NO territory near the hotel where to walk after dinner, in general, except for the entrance group and the playground. In fact, we didn't need it at all, because after dinner the children went to the playground, or we went to the city on a free transfer, or rested in the room before the animation show.
We found the passage to the beach in the morning, it turned out that we didn't even have to leave the hotel (and in the evening we went outside to look for this crossing, which also got a little stress))), 1 minute from the pool and here's the sea for you!
In short, the hotel is super. Imported alcohol is poured in the lobby.
Desserts are very tasty and a huge selection, respect to the pastry chef.
The water park is super. Cool 2-level adult swimming pool. Beach boy will stick umbrellas on the beach, it's enough to ask him about it. You can have lunch there from 12.30 pm, burgers, cutlets with rice, fish, fries, spaghetti will be brought on the menu for free.
Across the street from the hotel there is a pharmacy, migros, stalls.

The beach is really dirty and poorly cleaned. Towels are changed through the maid, that is, they must be carried with you.
Paid wifi, well, we are not used to this for 15e a week extra.
The pool is a little cold, they wrote about 24, but I was cold, the children also quickly got out of it with goosebumps.

Hello everyone We rested here from 20.09 to 30.09.2023. I really liked it!!! The location of the hotel is just super!!! To the sea 1 minute, just through the pool down a small staircase and a small transition! The beach is private, there are a lot of sun loungers, both by the sea and by the pool, there is enough for everyone and there is no need to occupy them in advance. The entrance to the sea is sandy and pebbly, there is a private pier, you can go down to the sea on it. The sea is a fairy tale, clean, warm with a huge number of fish! Those who like to swim with a mask will have something to do, what there is just not ..., they even saw a moray eel!!! The territory is small, but well maintained, two swimming pools, there are slides! The hotel is decorated in the style of a large ship, the entire interior is selected and designed in this nautical style, the rooms are large, there are many storage spaces. The food is above any praise, a lot of meat, and, different, for every taste, a lot of greens and cheeses, but this is for an amateur... And, of course, sweets and fruits ..., there are a lot of fruits here: watermelons, melons, plums, grapes, pears, apples ..., a lot of dried fruits, pastries and various jams ..., in general, no one will remain hungry... The staff is VERY attentive (we see this for the first time in Turkey) and polite, they try to help even before you think about it ..., thirst and hunger will be quenched around the clock. Shops and local markets are within walking distance. Free shuttle service to the city center every hour. We recommend this hotel to everyone!!! Of course, everyone can find spots and the sun, but it's difficult to do it here!!! Our THANKS to all the hotel staff!!!

Отличный отель. Твёрдая четвёрка! Немного вялая анимация. В целом персонал старательный. Чисто. Вкусно. В ресторане персонал на высшем уровне! Много, вкусно, постоянно добавляют, если что-то заканчивается. Немного непривычные салатные композиции, но это дело вкуса. В основном вкусно и достойно!
Отдельный респект расположению пляжа. Полторы минуты до пляжа - это класс!!
Ещё один минус- ехать от аэропорта два часа, а если на большом автобусе и развозить туристов, то и все три-три с половиной часа.
Но плюсы, конечно, перекрывают все неудобства.
Однозначно рекомендую!

The food is already much worse than it was two years ago. Only fried herring and mackerel are given from fish. Fried eggs and scrambled eggs for breakfast. In general , we did not like it this year .

В целом отель на твёрдую четвёрку огромное количество неиспользованных пространства в районе лобби это понятно какие-то комнаты помещения размером со стадион отделанный деревом с какими-то вазами ну да это прикольно но использовать так площадь ну не рентабельна питание конечно очень хорошее в плане ну разнообразная вкусно отношения приятные к русским всё без вопросов есть огромные недочёты в плане того что кондиционер и вентиляция зоны прямо пищи плохая уборка зоны бассейна точнее отвратительную орка плохо убирается на пляже везде бычки стаканчики море чистое тёплое ну действительно очень чистое море в принципе отель на четвёрку

Отдыхали в этом отели с 7по 18 октября 2022 года. очень хороший , доброжелательный обслуживающий персонал , отличное и разнообразное питания! В этом отеле отдыхали туристы из разных стран , и поэтому был не большой страх , что могут возникнуть различные провокацые по отношению к российским отдыхающим , но даже близко не было какого-то неготова! Отдых прошло на ура! Погода была отличная+31 , море +28 . Номера в отели были нормальные, уборка ежедневно, меняли постельное белье также каждый день , горннечные молодцы! Также пополняли каждый день холодильник ! Посетили хаммам при отеле, очень классно ! Были также и на 3- х экскурсиях, сплошной восторг! Время пролетело так быстро ,что даже не успели всё оценить , несколько раз посетили анимацию , интересно и весело ! Хотелось бы выразить благодарность всему персоналу,молодцы и так держать!!! Отдыхала в отеле с 7 июля 2022 по 17 июля 2022 гг. Отель хороший. Понравилась кухня, очень разнообразное питание. Хорошая шоу программа по вечерам. Убирают в номерах. Но есть одна проблема - отель кишит альфонсами. Один из них - бармен Рамазан Докумачи. Знакомится с женщинами и начинает у них вымогать деньги. Будьте осторожны в знакомствах!

Отель хороший. Очень вкусно, чисто и гостеприимно. Ноооо справа от отеля есть туры. И там обманывают очень. Нам продали тур на яхте за 200 долларов. В результате это было корыто, где негде даже стоять. Очень ваняло саляркой и трясло. Мы через 20 минут отказались. Но нам сразу сказали, что денег не вернут. А обещали яхту с рыбалкой и купание!!!!. Это корыто было без туалета. Сидели мы на полу. Встать было не куда. И хозяин отказался вернуть деньги. Не ходите туда никогда!!! Это справа от отеля гранд каптвн

Очень понравился отель, уютный, чистый, гостеприимный, сотрудники отеля внимательные. Питание очень разнообразное, было практически все, и много фруктов и сладостей тоже, ужины очень разнообразные, мясо рыба, овощи и для детей хороший выбор, очень вкусная выпечка, персонал очень внимательный, молодцы обслуживают практически не отходя. Море рядом, пляж чистый и большой, лежаков хватает, бар классный и отличный ресторан на пляже вкусно готовят и разнообразно по меню, для детей есть все и пица, очень вкусная, всегда благодарили повара, он кстати очень приветливый, готовят быстро, всегда там обедали, обслуживание суппер. Отдыхала с ребенком, цент рядом 10 мин. ходит бесплатный автобус по расписанию. Отель в морском стиле, круглосуточный бар, напитки отличные, правда очень хороший отель, что ещё надо, здесь все есть, хорошие аниматоры, рекомендую на все 100.в следующем году снова поеду Гранд Каптан. Была много раз в Турции, но этот отель был самым лучшим.

Отдыхаем в отеле с 24 апреля. Прилетели из Перми в отель рано утром, но нас заселили сразу и номер чистый, аккуратный. Питание разнообразное. В первый день накупались, сгореть смогли. Хочется отметить доброжелательность администраторов, обслуживающего персонала. Спасибо Мариями, которая нас выручает в различных ситуациях.

Здравствуйте, прекрасный отель. Убирают каждый день, еда очень вкусная, море рядом, бассейн чистый. На территории есть спа с массажем и хамамом. Сауна и хамам бесплатно. Также фитнес зал и смотровая площадка с красивым видом на Аланью. Вечером в амфитеатре выступают акробаты, фокусник, танцоры, шоу барабанов. Пляж чистный + бар. Напитки любые. Ходит бесплатный автобус до центра Аланьи.

I recommend a good hotel, this is an honest review, the food is delicious, the sand comes to the sea, then the stones go after 30m, if you move a little to the side there is better) there is a pier, the rooms are nice and comfortable.

Отдыхала в отеле с 6 по 16 сентября 2021. Если снова соберусь в Турцию - однозначно выберу этот отель. Тизо, спокойно, уютно. Персонал очень доброжелателен - чувствуешь себя в гостях, а не проходным туристом. Удобный переход на пляж - через тунель (близость дороги никак не ощушается). Есть пирс и вход в море постарались максимально очистить от плит. Но все же лучше носить коралловые тапки - мелкая галька, не очень удобно выходить из моря.
Номера немного уставшие (местами потертый паркет, мебель), но очень уютно и чисто - убирают каждый день.
Тихий, спокойный отель - рекомендую для семейного отдыха и для тех кто очень устал от суеты.

Отдыхаем сейчас в данном отеле. Отель небольшой, не новый, но очень уютный. Персонал замечательный, очень вежливый и дрброжелательеый, в номерах убирают ежедневно, постельное белье и полотенца чистые, полотенца выдают в достаточном количестве в том числе и пляжные. Еда очень вкусная и разнообразная, в отеле соблюдают все антиковидные меры предосторожности, все чистят и дезинфицируют, санитайзеры в местах общего пользования. Достойные местные напитки, очень хорошего качества. Отель рекомендую для отдыха.

Отдыхаем в данный момент. Отель классный, оттого заполнен полностью. За двадцать лет турецкий берег изучили вдоль и поперек. Такого разнообразия и полноты питания не встречали ни в одном 5*! Мясо телятина, мясо индюшатина, рыба на гриле, не говоря уж о традиционных сырах и ккрятине каждый день на обед и ужин. Утром, естественно, чуть полегче. Очень много детишек. И для них питание можно подобрать. Море изумительно чистое, берег нормальный для этой местности. На сухом берегу мелкий песок, на входе песок 3-4мм, дальше гравий-окатвши. С глубины до "подмышек" дикое дно. Камни. В т. ч. И крупные. Но! Есть пирс. Купайся, если хочется плавать без очущения дна. Два бассейна +детский бассейн. По вечерам дискотека для детей и какая нибудь программа для взрослых. Из недостатков -нет променада как в Мармарисе, например.

Отдыхали всей семьей с детьми в июле 2021 года. Отель очень понравился как взрослым так и детям. Чистый, уютный. Персонал очень отзывчивый, внимательный. Отдельное спасибо Кайрату, при обращении всегда оказывал помощь. Все организовано на высоком уровне.

Отдыхаем сейчас тут, в Турции был много раз и от 2 до 5 звёзд. Grand kaptan это максимум 3 звезды. Отель старый, лежаков на море не хватает, еды не много. В свои годы отель был хорош, но время берёт своё. Обслуживающий персонал и правда хороший, действительно везде чисто, но погружаетесь в атмосферу отеля 90ых годов). До центра далеко, кровати не удобные(торчат пружины- у соседей было тоже самое), пляж грязный, конкретно у нас в номере было шумно(окна выходили на бассейн с горками- где играет Музыка), так же я теперь знаю, что в 5.30 утра в городе включают призыв к молитве 😄.
Отели 3,4 звёзды в которых был- вообще не уступают. Не понимаю хороших отзывов, либо люди первый раз в Турции, либо привлекает антураж старых отелей🤷♂️
