We are living now . Booked for 2 days. A room with a mountain view. Nice room. But one detail negates all the advantages of this hotel. Namely, the air conditioner does not work. It buzzes and does not cool down, it is hot at night, there is nothing to breathe. The option to open the balcony is to open the door - the noise of passing cars really does not let you sleep. We went to the reception in the morning . They promised to make an air conditioner. We returned to the room before dinner - it was stuffy. There are few residents in the hotel now and if the air conditioning is not working, then you can move into a room with a view of the garden. The manager offered an additional payment and, after talking to the "boss", confirmed that there were no other options! It is not very respectable for such a hotel not to meet guests in our situation. We had a reservation for December 2021 at this hotel and we are withdrawing it today of course.

I have been resting for 4 years in a row. I like everything: the room , the wonderful kitchen , the pool, I would like to reconstruct the gym... Nature , tranquility , attitude of local residents , staff . Everything compares favorably with Karlovy Vary, where I went for more than 10 years.... and stopped! And Slovenia "shot", and the water there is better for me ! And doctors cannot be compared with the Czechs .... in Rogashka they are pros, not resort ones - visitors from the former Soviet Union, mainly Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan....
