Actually, the food was good, there was always a simit in the dining room, everything was delicious, BUT stripped wallpaper, a fabric armchair in something red, one small trash bucket, and the most important thing for which exactly 3 stars is cleaning, the first three days were cleaned normally, then a day later, the last 3 days of cleaning it wasn't at all, so they also left the water bottle they started, in short, in principle, close to the center, but there are many disadvantages.
P.S. If you are not going to get up early, it is better not to settle right above the entrance, because at 8 a.m. shoes begin to be made in the neighboring building.
A very wonderful place😇 I advise everyone clean rooms delicious breakfasts very pleasant staff all very polite everything is done with soul and love we really liked everything thank you🙏
We liked everything, checked in for eight nights, arrived late. They met me, told me everything, showed me, informed me about the time of breakfast, brought my suitcase, a trifle, but it's nice.
There were problems with the service debiting money. We were told to rest, as we were very tired, and that we could sort everything out tomorrow.
The room was cleaned every day, bed linen, soap were changed every day and shampoos and shower gel and towels were added. The hair dryer works well. Everything is clean and cozy. What is important for Istanbul is that the road is not noisy. On hot days, you can sleep with the window open, and the air conditioner works. The place is also very close to attractions and the T1 tram line.
Breakfast, someone writes - not really, but we liked it, there is quite a lot on the menu. Satisfying, delicious. No claim to Michelin.)
Friendly staff.
They advised us where to go, ordered us a transfer to the airport, and woke us up in the morning with a call)
By the way, we were very surprised that there were a lot of admins during the eight days that we were there.
Some people know Russian, and all speak English.
We were there one night. Very poor sound insulation. The bathroom smelled musty. It was dusty and I started sneezing. In general, I would not go to this hotel.
You are five minutes from the tourist street, but at the same time in the Armenian quarter, where shoes and bags are sewn in the basements, and they are sold on the ground floors.
The hotel was renovated with very good materials, but about ten years ago. Breakfast is so-so. Prices are normal.
Next time, the same place

This hotel is not 4 stars. One star for the location (quiet and everywhere you can walk) and the price, the second for the administrator (they change, only one is ok).
The standard rooms are tiny, the bathroom has the necessary minimum (from the washroom: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, and for some reason the soap is changed every day).
The maids ignore the "do not disturb" sign and may not close the door to the room. I came to an unlocked door once. When I reported this (there was not the best administrator), the communication was at the "problem/no problem" level.
Breakfast is disappointing. The menu is something like this:
- drinks: instant coffee from something resembling a coffee machine, water, tea
- food: cookies (the most common), sliced cheese, sometimes something meat, vegetables (mainly cucumbers, tomatoes, green lettuce leaves), French fries on an unheated tray (more often it was cold), boiled eggs (if the previous guests did not sort it out), bread, jam / sauces.
